This beautiful vacation rental is located in a quiet and upscale neighborhood off Chiquita Blvd.
It features a large living room with leather couch, flat screen TV, tile flooring and crown molding. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. Next to the entrance is a formal dining area, great for family dinners but there is also a smaller table that serves as a breakfast area.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, direct access to the lanai and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom is a true masterpiece with walk around shower, dual sinks and a bath tub. The two other bedrooms have queen size beds and share the guest bathroom that also serves as a pool bath.
The patio as well as the boat dock with Tiki Hut are great places for relaxing and entertaining.
From the dock you can reach the river in approximately 30 minutes.

Die zwei anderen Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Queensize Bett und teilen sich das Gaestebad, welches aber auch als Poolbad verwendet werden kann.
Die Terrasse wie auch das Bootsdock mit Tiki Hut sind ein perfekter Platz um zu entspannen und mit Freunden Zeit zu verbringen.
Vom Bootsdock aus kann man den River in ca. 30 Minuten erreichen.
