Sunset Pier is centrally located with Gulf Access, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A very short walk is the new Sands Park with playground, tennis courts, pickleball and basketball courts a butterfly garden, bocce ball, corn hole and putting greens. Tons of stuff to entertain the entire family. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place. Rumrunners is a quick 3 min drive.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. Villa Sunset Pier features beautiful décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for two families with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed and two twin bunk beds. The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable in this  beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. 
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its amazing views to the pool area and water there is plenty of sitting room for conversations. There is a small nook area with water views or the bar counter for additional seating.
When the large family meets for dinner the formal dining room with garden views invites you to sit and have meals with the family. The living room has a large comfortable couch and views that face the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, watching the kids play in the pool.
There is a seawall and a boat dock dock for canal fishing or boat docking. The home is located on one of the widest canals in Cape Coral with only one bridge to take you out to the Gulf.

Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt liegt der neue Sands Park mit Spielplatz, Tennisplätzen, Pickleball- und Basketballplätzen, einem Schmetterlingsgarten, Boccia, Corn Hole und Putting Greens. Der Innenraum verfügt über einen sehr offenen Grundriss mit viel Licht und ein großzügiges Küstendesign mit tollem Grundriss und Glasfronttüren, die viel Licht hereinlassen, wenn Sie in Ihrem Urlaubsdomizil ankommen.
Beim Betreten des Hauses haben Sie einen freien Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Veranda.
Von der großen, voll ausgestatteten Küche mit herrlichem Blick auf den Poolbereich und das Wasser gibt es viel Platz für Gespräche. Es gibt einen kleinen Eckbereich mit Blick auf das Wasser oder die Bartheke für zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten.
Wenn sich die große Familie zum Abendessen trifft, lädt der formelle Speisesaal mit Blick auf den Garten zum Sitzen und Essen mit der Familie ein. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein großes, bequemes Sofa und Aussicht auf den Poolbereich für tolle Unterhaltung.
WLAN sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
