Villa Lake Kennedy is a beautiful, four bedroom and three full bathroom vacation villa situated in one of the most central SW Cape Coral locations.
Villa Lake Kennedy is conveniently located with Lake Access, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. A very short distance to Pine Island Rd. and Santa Barbara will take you to any location within minutes. Sun Splash Waterpark, Mini Golfing, Bowling to just name a few entertainment items, there are tons of stuff to do to excite the entire family. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place. Shopping and Restaurants are just a quick 3 min drive.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, forty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.

Villa Lake Kennedy features fresh and airy décor, the four bedrooms are fitting for two families with two king-size beds as well as two queen-size bedrooms. The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable in this accommodating set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious lake design with a great floor plan and double front doors that once entering will give you great views of the pool and lake when arriving at your vacation retreat. 
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its amazing views to the pool area and water there is plenty of sitting room for conversations at the center island. There is a large dining area that sits next to the kitchen with water views.
The living room has a couch and love seat as well as two reclining chairs and views that face the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, watching the kids play in the pool.
There is a seawall and a boat dock dock for canal fishing or kayak docking. The home is located on one of the widest lake parts in Cape Coral.

Der Innenraum verfügt über einen sehr offenen Grundriss mit viel Licht und ein großzügiges Seedesign mit einem großartigen Grundriss und doppelten Eingangstüren, die Ihnen beim Betreten Ihres Urlaubsdomizils einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und den See bieten.
Von der großen, voll ausgestatteten Küche mit herrlichem Blick auf den Poolbereich und das Wasser gibt es auf der Mittelinsel viel Platz für Gespräche. Neben der Küche gibt es einen großen Essbereich mit Blick auf das Wasser.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Couch und ein Zweiersofa sowie zwei Liegesessel und bietet für tolle Unterhaltung einen Blick auf den Poolbereich.
WLAN sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Zu den Highlights des Außenbereichs gehören: eine große Veranda, die zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen, Faulenzen, Essen im Freien, Unterhaltung, Schwimmen im beheizten Pool und Beobachten der Kinder beim Spielen im Pool genutzt werden kann.
