Tiki Time is a beautiful remodeled charming Villa located in the highly desirable SE area of Cape Coral with direct Gulf Access and minutes away from dining and shopping. No Boat Dock at this time!
These four bedrooms and three full bathroom vacation villa offers tons of charm with even better river views and a fantastic outdoor living space with direct views of the Caloosahatchee River.
Tiki Time is within a quiet neighborhood which is great for walking but still very close to restaurants and shopping. Walk out on your waterfront Villa to see the yachts zip by or enjoy the close distance to Horton Park & Boat Ramp. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of countless amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 20 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.

Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of this cozy but well designed and very open vacation home.
Tiki Time features a beautiful airy design and beachy décor; the four bedrooms are fitting for two families with two king size bedrooms featuring en suite baths and two rooms featuring queen size beds (upper bunk bed not available for safety)
Tiki Time can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this fitting set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and coastal design features with a great floor plan. The home has lots of light and gives you unobstructed water and pool views from almost all windows around. The relaxing feeling from the moment you open the doors to the sun flooded southern exposure views, this home surely brings relaxation to your vacation.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as French doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining or swimming in the heated pool (usually winter months only). The Tiki Hut is great for entertainment and the spa offers relaxation.
The property has a tropical and lush yard for privacy or having kids or pets roam around. Also great for any outdoor games.

Diese Ferienvilla mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern bietet jede Menge Charme mit noch besserer Aussicht auf den Fluss und einen fantastischen Wohnbereich im Freien mit direktem Blick auf den Caloosahatchee River. Tiki Time liegt in einem ruhigen Nachbarschaft , das sich hervorragend zum Spazierengehen eignet, aber dennoch ganz in der Nähe von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt. Geniesen Sie Ihre Villa am Wasser und beobachten Sie die vorbeiziehenden Yachten oder nutzen Sie die Nähe zum Horton Park & Boat Ramp. Die Villa bietet eine schnelle Fahrt zu allen zentralen Orten in Cape Coral. Nach Matlacha sind es etwa 20 Minuten, nach Fort Myers Beach 30 Minuten und zum Florida International Airport etwa 45 Minuten. Gäste können alles, was Südwest-Florida zu bieten hat, in diesem gemütlichen, aber gut ausgestatteten und sehr offenen Ferienhaus genießen. Tiki Time verfügt über ein wunderschönes, luftiges Design und eine Stranddekoration; Die vier Schlafzimmer sind für zwei Familien geeignet, wobei zwei Kingsize-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und zwei Zimmer mit Queensize-Betten ausgestattet sind (das obere Etagenbett ist aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht verfügbar). Mit dieser passenden Ausstattung bietet Tiki Time sehr bequem Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste. Für Ihren Komfort ist gesorgt, die gesamte Bettwäsche für Ihren Aufenthalt sowie Handtuecher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Langzeitaufenthalte sind gestattet. Der Innenraum verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit viel Licht. Das Haus hat viel Licht und bietet Ihnen von fast allen Fenstern aus einen ungehinderten Blick auf das Wasser und den Pool. Das entspannende Gefühl von dem Moment an, in dem Sie die Türen öffnen und den sonnendurchfluteten Blick nach Süden genießen, bringt mit Sicherheit Entspannung in Ihren Urlaub. Beim Betreten des Hauses haben Sie einen freien Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Veranda. Von der großen, voll ausgestatteten Küche aus gibt es viel Platz für Gespräche, der auch zum Ess- und Wohnzimmer hin offen ist, sowie französische Türen mit Blick auf den Poolbereich für tolle Unterhaltung. WLAN sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
