Sea la Vie is within a quiet neighborhood which is great for walking but still very close to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of countless amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of this cozy but well designed and very open vacation home.
Sea La Vie features a beautiful airy design and beachy décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for two families with two king size bedrooms, and one room featuring two full size beds.
Sea La Vie can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable in this cozy set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and coastal design features with a great floor plan and a game area with a 3 in 1 Game table. The home has lots of light and gives you a cozy and quaint feeling from the moment you open the doors. The kitchen and bathrooms were all remodeled. 
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as French doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining or swimming in the heated pool (usually winter months only).
The property has a tropical and lush yard for privacy or having kids or pets roam around. Also great for any outdoor games.
The home is fantastic for families with pets as the yard has tons of space and the area surrounding it are great for walks. Also, for our boat lovers this home has direct gulf access, and you are welcome to rent or bring your own boat you can tie it up at the dock Lift is not available.
Sea La Vie truly has it all. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

Das Haus hat viel Licht und gibt Ihnen ein gemütliches und malerisches Gefühl, sobald Sie die Türen öffnen. Die Küche und das Badezimmer wurden alle umgebaut.
Beim Betreten des Hauses haben Sie einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Veranda.
Von der großen, voll ausgestatteten Küche gibt es viel Wohnzimmer für Gespräche, das auch zum Ess- und Wohnzimmer offen ist, sowie französische Türen, die zum Poolbereich für großartige Unterhaltung führen.
