The design features an open floor plan, high ceilings, modern furnishings of white leather, chrome and glass throughout, and vanishing sliding glass doors that leave the home open to the outdoor covered lanai. The open kitchen features a large island bar with bar stools and all necessary equipment for preparing and serving dinner. It’s only a few steps away from the living room, which has a Smart TV, a comfortable couch and beautiful views out to the canal. Dine indoors or out with tables in both spaces and an outdoor kitchen with a stainless grill for memorable poolside meals. Each dining area seats 8 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island.
This spacious layout offers privacy, comfortably sleeping 8 persons. There are three bedrooms (1 king in the master suite, 1 queen, 2 twins) and three full bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is an office/den with a full-size murphy bed.
There are smart TVs in the living room, bedrooms, and lanai, all equipped with free Wifi. If you are a remote worker, the home provides high-speed wireless internet access, an office desk and private workspace in the den area.

Villa Kokomo ist der richtige Ort. Das Ferienhaus liegt an der Wellington Ct., die sehr leicht zu finden ist. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Villa Kokomo begrüßt Sie mit üppiger tropischer Landschaft und einer Vorderansicht in einer ruhigen Umgebung.
Das Haus selbst hat einen offenen Grundriss, geteilte Schlafzimmer und komfortable Möbel. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer. Das vierte Schlafzimmer ist ein Büro / Arbeitszimmer mit einem großen Schrankbett (1 Kingsize-Bett, 1 Queensize-Bett, 2 Einzelbetten, Full-Size-Schrankbett). Die Küche ist komplett mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet und hat 6 Sitzplätze im Freien und 6 Sitzplätze im Inneren mit zusätzl. 3 Sitzplätze an der Küchentheke. Ein gemütlicher Loungebereich lädt Sie ein, ein Buch zu lesen oder einfach nur die Schönheit dieses Hauses mit großartigem Sonnenuntergang Nacht für Nacht zu genießen.
Es gibt viel Platz für 2 Familien, wo sich alle ausbreiten oder eine tolle Zeit im Pool oder in der Küche verbringen können.

5 Smart-TVs, von denen einer internetfähig ist und sich außerhalb des Poolbereichs befindet. Zwei Strandliegen und ein Sonnenschirm sorgen für Entspannung in der Umgebung oder am Strand, und ein 50 Meter umlaufender Steg mit Bootssteg und Bootslift. Die Mastersuite verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, einer ebenerdigen Dusche und einer separaten Toilette. Das andere Badezimmer verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, eine Dusche und eine Toilette. Die offene Küche, die über eine große Inselbar mit Barhockern und allen notwendigen Geräten für die Zubereitung eines Familienessens verfügt, ist nur wenige Schritte vom Wohnzimmer entfernt, das über einen Fernseher, eine bequeme Couch und einen schönen Blick auf den Kanal verfügt.
