Unser Ferienhaus Carrpe Diem liegt sehr Zentral im SW von Cape Coral. Das Ferienhaus wurde von der Baufirma Pinnacle Homes im Jahre 2016 gebaut. Drei Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder sowie ein Buero stehen Ihnen bei knapp mehr als 210 qm zur Verfuegung. Schon beim betreten des Hauses hat man einen tollen Blick auf das grosse Wohnzimmer, die geraeumige Kueche sowie den dahinter liegenden Swimming Pool und Garten. Das Elternschlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses. Das Elternbad ist mit einer begehbaren Dusche sowie 2 Waschbecken ausgestattet. Von dem Elternschlafzimmer kann man durch eine Schiebetuere direkt auf die Pool Area gelangen. Die zwei Gaestezimmer mit Bad befinden sich auf der Rechten Seite des Hauses. Das Gaestebad dient auch gleichzeitig als Pool Bad. Fuer Gaeste die auch in Ihren Ferien arbeiten muessen steht ein Office zur Verfuegung. Where do we even begin! This house is absolutely breath taking the minute you walk in the door. Every turn left us in awww. The shower in the master was amazing. Our girls loved the room with the twin bed. After driving 30hrs they barely wait to jump in the pool. The pool is crystal clear and so much fun. The house has everything you could need and more. We plan to come back in the future!!!
