The property has a very open and spacious floor plan. When entering the double front entry doors one is greated by 26 ' trey volume ceilings, a good size living room, open kitchen and dining room. There are 2 sliding glass doors that lead out to the screened in lanai and under truss sitting area. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dual sinks as well as a walk in shower is located on the left side of the property. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet. There is a sliding glass door from the master bedroom that leads out to the lanai and pool area. The two guest bedrooms are located on the right side of the property, each with large closets, and they share a bathroom. The guest bathroom also serves conveniently as a pool bathroom. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo as well as a sink. The swimming pool is a salt water pool, features color changing LED illumination and is electrically heated. Unser Ferienhaus Carpe Diem liegt sehr Zentral im SW von Cape Coral. Das Ferienhaus wurde von der Baufirma Pinnacle Homes im Jahre 2016 gebaut. Drei Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder sowie ein Buero stehen Ihnen bei knapp mehr als 210 qm zur Verfuegung. Schon beim betreten des Hauses hat man einen tollen Blick auf das grosse Wohnzimmer, die geraeumige Kueche sowie den dahinter liegenden Swimming Pool und Garten. Das Elternschlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses. Das Elternbad ist mit einer begehbaren Dusche sowie 2 Waschbecken ausgestattet. Von dem Elternschlafzimmer kann man durch eine Schiebetuere direkt auf die Pool Area gelangen. Die zwei Gaestezimmer mit Bad befinden sich auf der Rechten Seite des Hauses. Das Gaestebad dient auch gleichzeitig als Pool Bad. Fuer Gaeste die auch in Ihren Ferien arbeiten muessen steht ein Office zur Verfuegung. Der Swimming Pool ist elektrisch beheizt und kann somit das ganze Jahr ueber benutzt werden. Erholen Sie sich in Ruhe auf der grossen Terrasse, sofern Sie nicht direkt in der Sonne liegen moechten koennen Sie sich unter dem Vor Dach einen schoenen schattige Platz heraus suchen. Der Garten auf beiden Seiten sowie hinter dem Haus ist mit einem "Privacy Fence" Zaun versehen so dass Sie sich ungestoert im Haus und Garten aufhalten koennen. 

**Der eingebaute Grill auf der Terrasse steht Gästen nicht zur verfügung. Es steht ein seperater Gas Grill für Gäste bereit.**
