Villa Bellissimo is a custom built luxury vacation home featuring Gulf access, a heated pool & spa, and a three car garage. The swimming pool and lanai are south facing for maximum sun exposure. Access the Gulf from the concrete dock behind the home that is ready for your rental boat, kayak or paddleboard. Plenty of lounge space on the oversized lanai, dining table with plenty of seating for eight as well as a separate lounge with TV. 
This vacation rental home features a 13’ high coffered ceiling in the great room and 8’ tall 90-degree sliders that lead from the living room out to the lanai. Kitchen with granite counter tops, 42-inch wood cabinets with crown molding, soft close drawers & doors, stainless appliances as well as a large pantry. Huge center island/bar is great for entertaining. The floor plan includes a large study with French doors. The master bedroom features a king size bed and has a walk-in closet. The master bathroom is equipped with dual sinks, tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms are oversized and one features sliders to the lanai with water views. Guest bathroom serves also as a pool bathroom with access to lanai. The property has a fenced backyard with a paved walkway down to the dock.

- Each additional person is $20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.

- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- Security Deposit $750.00
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- Cleaning fee of $275.00 will be added to the rental amount
