Bonita Breeze features beautiful décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for two families with two king size beds and two twin beds, the den offers an option for anyone who still must work while on vacation with a designated office space. The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortably in this beautiful set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious Bamboo design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. The home offers plenty of privacy with a split floorplan and a sitting room as well as a family room that is tugged back with amazing canal views.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the nook area. From the kitchen one has a relaxing view to the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, watching sports from the integrated outdoor TV area, or just watching the boats drive by.
There is a seawall and a concrete dock for canal fishing or boat docking. Also, a golfers paradise, the home offers a putting green behind the home where one can work on your golfing skills with unobstructed canal views. The owner is providing 4 bicycles (please use at your own risk) as well as 2 kayaks (please use at your own risk).

Das Elternschlafzimmer ist im Tommy Bahama Look ausgestattet und bietet in dem King Size Bett viel Platz zum Entspannen. Das angeschlossene Elternbad hat 2 Waschbecken, Badewanne & Dusche. Die beiden Gaestezimmer teilen sich ein Bad mit 2 Waschbecken und einer Badewanne.
In der komplett ausgestatteten Kueche wird sich jeder Hobby Koch zu recht finden. Die Edelstahl Kuechengeraete sowie die Granit Arbeitsflaeche vereinfachen das Kochen.
Auf der zum Teil ueberdachten Terrasse koennen Sie sich bei jeder Witterung aufhalten und Ihre Mahlzeiten geniessen. Der dahinter liegende Swimmingpool mit Whirlpool ist elektrisch beheizt und wird nicht wie die meisten Swimmingpools mit Chlor, sondern mit Salz in Stand gehalten. I have worked in a hotel all my life which means we always take our holidays at hotels. Having worked for Hilton for the last 17 years have been able to use some very nice hotels with my Employee Benefit. This year we decided to go Outside of the box. My daughter became engaged in November so this made it even more special to be at Bonita Breeze with her and our future son in law. Staying in a home for our annual Florida trip was a wonderful experience and will be very memorable.

This place is a great place to stay! It was a beautiful place and it was very clean and well kept. They have everything you need and if there was a question, we got a very quick response. The pool area was a perfect place to spend your time. I would definitely recommend renting a car though because there are not many places to go in walking distance. But overall, our stay was very nice!

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem herrlichen Haus verbracht. Es befindet sich in einer tollen, ruhigen Lage in einer gepflegten Wohngegend in Cape Coral. Das Haus hat einen wunderschnen Pool und einen schn gestalteten Garten. Die Zimmer sind sehr gerumig und uerst liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an "Zuhause" gefhlt. Fr Familien ist dieses Haus der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um interessante Ausflge durchzufhren, um dann wieder hierher heimzukommen. Sehr gerne empfehlen wir auch die sehr nette Hausverwaltung weiter. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder zurckkehren.

My mom, aunt, cousin, and I stayed here for our Florida vacation. It was great to have our own space and a pool to use on days that we just felt like relaxing and hanging out. The home was very nice and clean. There were some very small things in the home that needed to be serviced and they were fixed within hours of us letting them know about our concerns. This house is absolutely beautiful! The pool is where we spent most of our time with our family! We loved all the pool toys, beach toys, chairs, and even the wagon for our trips to the beach. The house was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. The views are amazing and we loved fishing in the back as well. The perfect place to get away! Communication was so simple and easy and everything was easy at this place, no problems and would love to come back! Highly recommend staying here! Me and my family didnt want to leave here!

Your house was just as described in the pictures. It was an absolute wonderful stay for our family of 6. The kids loved the pool. We were thrilled to use your beach chairs, cooler and umbrella as we went to the beach nearly everyday. One day I sent my husband to the store for a needle and thread and then found one in the kitchen drawer. Your house had everything we needed for a great family vacation. I would say the mattress in the master bedroom is very hard. Possibly a memory foam pad would make the bed somewhat comfortable. But other than the bed, your place was perfect. We were impressed with Vesteva for clear and quick communication before and during our stay. It was great having an in-person check-in at the home, and the very minor issue we had (a door not closing properly) was fixed the same day. All in all, Bonita Breeze was a great location for us to home base as we explored the Ft Myers/Sanibel area and we would recommend it to any of our friends.
We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. And very much appreciated the great communication with Stefan, and quick response to the minor problems we encountered. Please pass our thanks to the handyman who fixed the faulty door and light switch. He was conscientious and did great work. And he gave us some excellent suggestions for places to see and eat on Sanibel Island.

We are a family of four who loved staying at Bonita Breeze. The house itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable. And it is very well "stocked" in terms of kitchenware, cooking utensils/appliances, towels, and beach extras (cooler, chairs, etc). We spent a lot of time at the huge center island in the kitchen cooking, eating and playing games. The pool and hot tub worked great, loved the screened enclosure and outside dining, and the WI-FI was excellent too. And, we were impressed with Vesteva for clear and quick communication before and during our stay.
