Sand Dollar Cove is a unique off-water vacation home with a south-facing resort-style pool area. This 2046 sq. foot property is an 8-guest home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house is pet friendly ( pet fees will accrue).

The home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in the SE Cape Coral area, centrally located to stores, shopping and restaurants. A child-friendly vacation spot, the Sand Dollar is ideal due to its proximity to Downtown Cape Coral with SE 32nd Terrace and SE 33rd Street off Country Club Blvd, offering various entertainment spots.

A paved driveway that leads to a two-car garage and lush green tropical landscaping welcomes you to this tropical property. The house has an open-plan floor design. It uses a creative blend of warm colors and large windows that let in lots of natural light radiating a warm, homey feel throughout the home. Quality and comfortable furniture, mainly with a hint of dark brown, is used throughout the residence.

Of the 4 bedrooms, two have king-size beds, including the master bedroom, while the other two guest rooms have queen-sized beds. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom furnished with dual sinks and marble countertops, a hot tub, a separate toilet, and a walk-in shower. The wooden vanities and cabinetry add color and flair to the bathrooms. The second bathroom also has one sink, a wooden finish, a walk-in shower, and a toilet.

The living room has SmartTV, a comfortable couch, and a great view of the exterior, including the pool area. It integrates seamlessly into the open kitchen, dining, and bar area. The kitchen features the same bright wood finish that combines with the stainless-steel appliances for a clean, ultra-modern look. The island bar complete has leather bar stools. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary equipment you need to prepare your meals.

From the living room, you step out into an outdoor patio. The canopied swimming pool area is the highlight of the house. The beautiful pool comes completed with beach beds, towels, and umbrellas to help bring the beach experience closer!

The southern-facing outdoor area provides plenty of sunshine all year, even on cooler days. The pool is spacious and electrically heated, making it usable all year-round. The lanai provides plenty of space to relax with friends and enjoy outdoor BBQ  while experiencing the beautiful tropical view.

A neatly lawned backyard provide the extra space where you can relax, watch sunsets or enjoy other outdoor activities!

Good and through communication prior to stay that detailed check in and out procedures. We appreciated the binder with information about the house, things to do, and check out list. We spent most of our time out by the pool, which was great! 25-35 minute drive to beaches but Publix, Walmart, etc are all very close. The house is stocked with all needed kitchen appliances, plenty of bath and beach towels, bed linens, beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, beach toys. The neighborhood is very quiet. Two of our favorite spots, which we frequented, Cape Creamery for ice cream and Urban Buzz for coffee 5/5! Theres a park with a playground nearby, which my 4-year-old really enjoyed. We would return for future vacations!

Thanks for allowing us to stay at your property! We had a great time and much needed break from cold, dreary Ohio. One suggestion, extra clean after people with pets stay- lots of dog hair, a few fleas, and urine smell on couch pillow. Everything else was great!

Sand Dollar Cove is a wonderful home in a great location for a quiet get away or family vacation. The pool and lanai are clean and well stocked with table and chairs as well as loungers. You are minutes from Cape Coral beach as well as Fort Myers beach and its great downtown. Also check out Matlacha Isles-Matlacha Shores which is a hidden gem of a town about 10 minutes down Veterans Highway from the house. What a relaxing oasis and great find for me and my family! Great place! We enjoyed every aspect of the home and pool, thank you so much. The suggestions that I have are minimal but might make some difference to your guests. More coasters A tool to clean the grill For month-long stays, the host might provide supplies for cleaning, i.e., toilet brush (we left you one) toilet bowl cleaner, bucket for floor-washing, cleaning brushes for showers, more dishwashing cloths, garbage bags. Things to know about your home: The curtains on the sliding glass door are heavy and dont slide well. As a result, the screws are coming loose on some places along the rod. The pool guy skimmed the pool but did not fill the pool when he came. (We filled it a few times a week.) The washing machine is not level and needs to be adjusted on the front right side to keep the tub from banging. (I did put a temporary Piece of cardboard under there as best I could and that helped but a more permanent fix would mean tilting the machine and securing.) I hope this is helpful.
