Villa Cape Haven is located in heart of Cape Coral just off Pelican Blvd, very close to shopping dining and entertainment. Children can enjoy the Pelican Soccer Field play ground as well as the Baseball complex playground which is within walking distance. The property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a formal dining room as well as a southern facing pool area. When entering the property, the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom is located on the left side of the house while the two guest bedrooms share a pool bathroom on the opposite side of the house. The center is made up of the kitchen, living room as well as formal dining room. The backyard is amazing and features a southern facing swimming pool which is electrically heated therefore making it possible to swim year round. Enjoy the outdoors on the large under truss lanai sitting area or soak up the sun on the large pool deck that offers plenty of sun all day long.

Villa Cape Haven ist Zentral gelegen ganz in der Naehe des Pelican Soccer & Baseball Complexes. Zwei Spielplaetze koennen zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Das Haus selber bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder sowie ein grosses Wohnzimmer und einen elektrisch beheizten Swimming Pool. Wenn man Villa Cape Haven betritt befindet sich das Elternschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad auf der linken Seite des Hauses waehrend die zwei Gaestezimmer auf der rechten Seite des Hauses sind. Das Gaestabad dient gleichzeitig auch als "Pool Bathroom" und ist von der Terrasse begehbar. Von der Kueche hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Swimming Pool und durch das grosse Fenster dringt viel Tageslicht in den Kuechenbereich. Die Pool Area ist Richtung Sueden ausgelegt somit hat man maximal Sonne den ganzen Tag. Unter dem ueberdachten Teil der Terrasse kann man Schatten finden und auch in den Sommermonaten relaxen. Der Swimming Pool ist elektrisch beheizt und macht somit das Schwimmen das ganze Jahr ueber moeglich.

Email communication was great. Lee stopped by on our first morning; it was actually the first time vacation renting that we have met a property manager and we generally do this once to twice a year. It was good to put a face to your company and was good to be able to discuss any issue that we may have found, as we did find that the pool was not working properly and he remedied this during that visit.

- Each additional person is $20.00 per night plus tax

- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
