Vesteva Rentals & Property Management is a family business and has been serving the greater Lee County, Florida area since 1998. We specialize in property management as well as seasonal vacation rentals.

Steffen Vetter who also is a licensed real estate Broker is the owner of the business. Born and raised in Germany he brings the "German exactness" to the table and is very ambitious as well as timely when it comes to business matters. Steffen is a graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University and has his degree in business management.

Vanessa Vetter-Delgado is one of Vesteva's customer service managers, who is in charge of connecting our wide variety of beautiful vacation homes and condominiums with tenants. She has a lot of experience in the hospitality business as she is a graduate from Florida International University with a major in hospitality management. Vanessa is also responsible for the great interior styles many of our vacation rentals have to offer. She is our interior decorator and always concerned about making the homes look as appealing as possible. Vanessa says, "It is my top priority to match the customers with the right house that fulfills their every wish. It is my top priority to make the booking experience as hassle free as possible and to be available for questions."

Eva Vetter is in charge of the rental department here at Vesteva.  Diligently working on e-mail rental requests as well as telephone requests it is her primary duty and goal to rent out our select properties as good as possible.  Being one of the original owners and founders of Vesteva Corporation, Eva has 15 years of knowledge and experience in the rental & property management field. 

Nina Vetter was born and raised in beautiful Southwest Florida.  Having lived here her entire life, Nina knows the area very well.  At Vesteva Nina is in charge of the bookkeeping for company and her official title is Office Manager.  Nina also assists in answering questions that renters and owners have when calling the office.
