Palm Beach is a beautiful, four bedroom and 3 full bathroom vacation villa situated in one of the most highly desirable SW Cape Coral locations. The home has a generous floor plan with plenty of space for a large group or family as well as a designated office.
Palm Beach is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A very short walk is the new Sands Park with playground, tennis courts, pickleball and basketball courts a butterfly garden, bocce ball, corn hole and putting greens. Tons of stuff to entertain the entire family. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place. Rumrunners is a quick 3 min drive.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. Villa Palm Beach features beautiful décor, the four bedrooms are fitting for two families with one king-size bed, three queen-size bed and one pyramid style bunk bed. The Villa can fit up to 10 guests very comfortably in this beautiful set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. 
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its amazing views to the pool area and pool there is plenty of sitting room for conversations. There is a dining area with pool views or the bar counter for additional seating.
When the large family meets for dinner the formal dining room with garden views invites you to sit and have meals with the family. The living room has plenty of seating and is the heart of the home with views that face the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming and watching the kids play in the heated pool.

Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt liegt der neue Sands Park mit Spielplatz, Tennisplätzen, Pickleball- und Basketballplätzen, einem Schmetterlingsgarten, Boccia, Corn Hole und Putting Greens. Wenn sich die große Familie zum Abendessen trifft, lädt der formelle Speisesaal mit Blick auf den Garten zum Sitzen und Essen mit der Familie ein. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten und ist das Herzstück des Hauses mit Blick auf den Poolbereich für großartige Unterhaltung.
