So clean and perfect. Had everything we needed for a great stay.

We had an amazing experience! Vesteva had excellent communication throughout the booking process, they were extremely accommodating and helpful. The home was true to the listing and had everything we needed for our stay. <3 Everything was very clean and had all the fun special touches of a hotel which was very nice. The pool was clean, at a great temperature, check in and out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and look to rent another property from them in the future!!

You helped our stay be amazing, you were so accommodating to our requests and helped answer all our questions with being first time AirBnB-ers lol The only reason I bumped the cleanliness down to a 4 is the dumpster in the garage smelled like someone threw up in it. It smelled up the whole garage. So it kinda effected the experience a little lol There was also underwear left in one of the dressers (master). Otherwise everything was fantastic, we had everything we needed, there was tons of cute touches throughout like the way the towels were folded, complimentary items, tissue flowers, etc. <3 I really appreciated that you guys allowed guests to utilize the garage and left the garage door opener.

Super nice and clean house , the house have everything that they advertised , and much more , great location and the nicest neighborhood... i highly recommend this house for an excellent vacations , thank you Vanessa and your team for making a great stay for us in our vacations.

My kiddos enjoyed the swimming pool and the inflatables that were provided! We took a trip to the beach and our host also had some foldable chairs and beach toys that we were able to use! Thank you!

really clean!! couple notes...there are a lot of light switches, some are labeled and its great some are not, little confusing. the other thing would be the pool and spa heating element...i know you offer for people to come by and show you how to use it but even pictures with instructions would be a great help!!

This location is AMAZING! The entire process was exceptional and great customer service. The owners and management team were extremely efficient and communicated with us quickly every step of the way. The home is absolutely gorgeous and we lived in the pool area! We will book again!

This location was STUNNING! We held a small intimate business retreat and my clients were thrilled and felt so pampered with such an amazing location. The pictures do not do this property justice! The sunsets from the pool area and the master bedroom private deck were amazing! We will be booking this location again!

My family and I had a great time. We rented a boat and explored all the water ways and beaches in the area. The house was just as advertised. Truly beautiful my kids loved the infinity edge pool. Would highly recommend staying here. We plan on coming back next year

Expect a 5star, top of the line, modern, personal resort style home. We absolutely enjoyed every part of this house. All the outdoor seating, and the indoor/outdoor speakers was a great touch. I will definitely stay there again!

Great stay and no more than 30 minutes from lots of restaurants and beach. The only thing i could really comment on is the outdoor furniture was stained and the pool did not feel heated. The host was amazing and answered all my questions! Would recommend, great stay for cape coral!

loved the place! The inside was beautifully laid out with everything you need. The kitchen pots and pans were better then most rental places we have stayed at. Tons of towels. The pool and outside chill areas were where we spent most of our time! Being on the canal was every cool as we were able to rent a boat for 3 days.

This was our dream vacation, everything about this place was amazing and our family loved it! It was easy to book and easy to access. Any questions that we had were promptly answered from the hosts and they were so helpful and kind. The home is absolutely beautiful, very clean, in a quiet and peaceful location, and having a pool there was great. Coffee on the dock every morning and watching the sunrise was surreal and breathtaking and the sunsets are something we will always remember. The location of this home makes it easy to access the barrier islands and the fun they have to offer as well. We highly recommend this home and we will be coming back! Thank you for making our dream vacation possible!

Wonderful location close to Cape Coral Prky... Kayaks and Bikes added bonus.. Very spacious rooms... Great living area... Fishing off the dock ( Caught a small Bull Shark) Nice neighborhood

Everything went smoothly!

The house was so much better than the pictures show! There is a dock with a tiki hut where my boys fished every single day and we enjoyed watching the sunset. The house was huge, luxurious, and super clean. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Everything we could need or want was there!

We had a blast at this home! We had one issue that was taken care of immediately by the Owner and Management. We love SW Florida! We saw so much wildlife right off the deck. We saw Manatees (when you are not used to seeing such a big animal pop up right next to you it's pretty shocking), Dolphins (various times) and all sorts of big fish. We fished off the deck and caught Mojarra, Red Snapper and Catfish and trapped Blue Crab. We had our lines break many times because the fish were too big. We only had 20 lb line. We ate the Mojarra and they were really yummy!! We took a boat and saw all sorts of animals in the water (too many to list). We go to Florida a few times a year and this was the most fun we've had in a home. Great place! We would definitely go again! Thanks for having us stay at your place. We had a great time and were very comfortable. As with all investment properties your place needs a little bit of maintenance. That would push it up to looking even more unbelievable. Your neighbor across the street is super nosy. She reminds me of the old lady on "Something about Mary" that is outside tanning all the time! lol Your neighbor Rich was super nice. We talked quite a bit with him and he made my kids feel welcome. Ya might want to give him a gift basket. He's really good for your renters. But we wish you good luck and will look for any more properties that you might have since we are in Florida 3 times a year . Continued success!
