Our house in Cape Coral was perfect for our familys spring break getaway. There were so many comfy gathering places throughout the property. The house was beautiful and the owners provided so many extras to make our vacation memorable. My grandson was able to catch his first fish :) We had excellent communication with the owners!! We will most certainly be recommending this house to our friends!!

Thank you so much for your excellent communication. We also want to thank you for allowing our grandson to be with us!!! My brother-in-law passed away unexpectantly on New Years Eve. This week gave us the opportunity to reflect on his life and create new family memories. We had a wonderful time!!

Our top priority was cleanliness when choosing a rental and this house was spotless! Felt and looked brand new! The only thing worn was the outdoor patio furniture cushions. Pool was nice, very little privacy visually when using the pool, but nobody was at any of the houses around it so not an issue for us.

Wonderful home with a very nice patio with sundown view ; very relaxing.... beautifull view over the saltwater canal with recently passing boats and a large variety of animals inside ( manatees seen from time to time, even dolphins possible , jumpin fishes all day long) and outside the water ; lots of amenities (as described in former reviews already ) ; hope to be back soon

Due to covid, our experience was by email and phone. Your team members were helpful and accommodating. The maintenance members that stopped by during the week were friendly and professional. Though we did not see the cleaners, they deserve note as the property was spotless on our arrival.

The home was beautiful and in a location near road access for the activities were are interested in. The neighborhood was very quiet and the canal had birds, iguanas, and fish to entertain us. We spent most of our time around the pool on the patio. We slept well in the beds. It was very helpful with one bathroom and shower off the pool for the children to dry off in. We would stay there again.

We loved our trip to Cape Coral! The house was great, well maintained, and the location was ideal. Being on the canal was really beautiful, we enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the morning right from the back porch! We will be back!

We had a great trip to Cape Coral. The house was great location, clean, and had great amenities. One suggestion would be to have an iron at the house.

A beautiful home with an exceptionally nice lanai and pool area. Quiet neighborhood less than a mile off a main thoroughfare. A very nice place to spend time; really dont need to go anywhere unless you want the beach experience!

Its a lovely home and we very much enjoyed it! The lanai and pool area are beautiful. We spent many hours out there.

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for our family of four. Newly remodeled and very clean. We loved how open everything was. Kids had a blast swimming in pool the and the management company kept it warm for us when the weather got a little cool. We also loved eating dinner on the lanai watching the sunset and then going for an after dinner swim. The outdoor TV was a great feature as well.

Overall we loved the place! It was clean and we loved the decor. The kids especially loved the pool. There were a few hiccups that we wanted to make you aware of: the propane ran out after 15 min of use, the dryer did not work for the last couple days, there were excessive spiderwebs above the pool, the shower in the master bath only had hot water from the ceiling shower head and wand and no hot water from either shower head in the other bathroom, the toilet was not on securely in the master bath and rocked forward when you sat down. Having said that, Lee was helpful and responsive and these issues would not stop us from staying here again. As stated in the other comments, a welcome binder would be helpful. Thank you!

Vanessa, Eva and Steffen are three of the people we have interacted with. All three are stellar. Whether there is an email or a phone call, they respond immediately to answer any questions we may have. They go out of their way to ensure our stay is good and comfortable.

The property is an easy walk to restaurants, stores and groceries. We saw many Florida Burrowing Owls on our walks. We love those owls. The property has a nice pool/lanai and a dock with a brand new fire pit table with chairs, a tiki hut high top with chairs. It is a fun property.

Our family loved our stay here. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the nice warm pool and hot tub and our boys really enjoyed the double sided gaming table. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect place for two families with four kids to stay. The house was incredibly clean, comfy beds, pool was awesome. Wish I could live in this house! Definitely stay here!!!

We have enjoyed multiple vacations with Vesteva. Their properties are beautiful (sometimes better than the pictures) and customer service is outstanding. In particular, Im grateful to Bob for his unbelievable attentiveness and to Eva for helping us select the perfect houses. While in Cape Coral, we have had the pleasure of dealing with Bob - his responsiveness is unmatched... he is eager to help with any and all requests to make their guests vacations unforgettable. He is willing to visit on a weekend to ensure no questions are left unanswered, while his attention to detail is admirable. We have traveled to many destinations throughout the years and Cape Coral home through Vesteva have recently become our favorite. Thank you for everything.

Dear Robert/Bob came to my rescue when we awakened to "Larry the Lizard" in the kitchen sink. I guess he wandered and fell in and couldn't get out. We didn't have any gloves or a good way to get him out. Bob took care of the problem, though it was a sad demise to "Larry." He also brought us a grill brush as we couldn't locate one anywhere in the garage or near the grill. (Later we found one under the kitchen sink -- sorry!) However, Bob didn't know much about the TV set up there, and after trying all the tips he gave my husband, we still weren't getting anywhere. Finally, someone else came out and explained it clearly. We had a few days in frustration though, but were glad to be able to view some of our basic channels anyway.

We would come again. Everything was clean, and the pool was delightful.

Very nice home that is tastefully decorated and has a great pool area that will not disappoint! The jumping fish in the canal are an added bonus. A publix right around the corner and some good local restaurants nearby, we loved Gustos! Overall a great experience.

Everyone was very pleased with this place! It made our trip to Florida that much better. The pictures dont do the house justice, it is so much nicer in person. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back in the future!

Great location, very close to restaurants, and Publix. Heated pool was nice, toys and rafts were great to use. Beds were comfortable, lots of room to spread out, and the kitchen was nice. Im bummed our dates for next year are not available (but will keep checking). We had a very nice relaxing vacation in this home. Thank you.

I first worked with Eva. She responded quickly to my calls & emails and guided me through the booking process efficiently. The day of departure, the dishwasher would not start and I called & talked with Eva. She was very professional and told me to leave a note. I also worked with Vanessa with our final payment. It was very simple to text her a check & I received a confirmation a few days later. Vanessa was very professional as well.

We had a very pleasant stay at Paradise Palms! It was our home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay at the summertime home! It fit our family perfect! The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool! Great neighborhood and felt very safe! It was located in a area that made it easy to get to all the places we like to go! Check out Loveboat Ice Cream and Bonefish! The house advertises as it has a hot tub but it does not have one, it has a whirlpool tub. We still loved the house though...the pool was set at a great temperature too! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! This house was perfect for our little family, with two small children. It was so well-equipped with everything we needed, and felt very comfortable and homey while still feeling like a vacation getaway. We loved having breakfast out in the sun on the lanai and we spent hours and hours in the beautiful pool!
