Easy and quick communication. All our questions were answered so quickly.

This is a great house! We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect place for 2 families to stay. Nice open spaces, laundry machines, pool and fishing for the boys. Gorgeous view. Easy to get to. Clean. Very nice and updated decor. Would definitely recommend staying at this house!

I would recommend this property to any family. Only complaint is that getting 4 new houses built at this time so very noisy in the am.

My husband and I stayed in this rental for a week and was amazed at how beautiful the house was. The decor was very tastefully done in a beachy theme which we loved. The house was fully stocked with more than you could ever need. I brought things with me just in case but nothing is really needed outside of what they provide. The Lanai and pool is definitely the showstopper for this property. I loved that the pool had that shallow pool to just sit and relax. I woke every morning to watch the sunrise over the house across the canal. We were lucky enough to see a dolphin pass by the house in the canal. My husband and I agree that this house is beautiful and one that we would love to come back to.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at your home. There were just a few things that we noticed that would be great if addressed for your next guest. This biggest issue was the slip covers on the dining room table. They were filthy and I really was afraid to even sit on them. They really could use a washing or replaced. The other is the seating at the table outside. I couldn't bring myself to use the table as those cushions were really bad and need to be replaced. Also, there was a load of laundry left in the dryer and we left it there. Not really an issue for me just letting you know. You house was amazing inside and out and my husband I would definitely love to come back. Sitting in the pool area and just relaxing was the highlight of my week. Again, these are just things that I wanted you to be aware of as you may not know. I will not be sharing this in my review.

The coffee maker broke. I called to report it and a replacement was delivered and set up in less than 2 hours.

When we arrived, the house was spotless and exactly as depicted on your website.

The team was very understanding, this rental was booked shortly before I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was worried between my surgery and starting treatment we may be unable to still take this trip, their team worked with me and even was going to allow me to switch dates to a later time if needed. Thankfully worked out as this was a much needed family trip before starting my chemo treatment.

Patricia was a wonderful property, the home is beautiful and was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked 90% of all our meals there. Unfortunately we had rain every evening and although the pool looked beautiful especially at night lit up we were only able to enjoy it the first 2 nights. We enjoyed sitting out under the tiki hut on the dock and even saw 2 manatees our very first morning while out there. The kayaks were a great addition along with having a fenced in yard for your fur baby. The extras at this home make things very helpful such as coolers, beach chairs, fishing poles, bikes and so much more. If returning to the Cape Coral area to vacation in the future Patricia would be my rental of choice hands down!

The best air bnb that we ever rented. Everything was perfect. Communication was very easy. The house has bikes, kayaks, fishing supplies, games, sunscreen, towels and many more. It also came with recommendations of places to go and instructions as well. Hope to rent it again.

Very relaxing. Excellently maintained.

This property was amazing. The screened in lanai with pool was one of our favorite parts. We swam everyday and it was so nice to not have to deal with bugs. We also worked with them to have a boat delivered to the house and we used it for 4 days. This went above and beyond our expectations! We used the boat to cruise around, go to private beaches, go to restaurants, and even just to sit on while it was docked at the house. The tiki hut was amazing during the day for some shade and a light breeze by the water. The house was fully equipped, with EVERYTHING you could need. We placed an instacart order to be delivered the day we arrived for our groceries, but they had seasonings, aluminum foil, all kitchen utensils, and plenty of dishware. This was important for us because we ate most of our meals at the house and we only had to run the dishwasher 2 times for the entire week. They only provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies, so be sure to bring these items with you or just add to your grocery order. We will be back!

Our family had an AMAZING time at your property. We are even considering coming back again next year!

Was a wonderful place, quiet, nice pool

From the moment you step in, its perfect. This home far exceeded our expectations and then some. My family and I enjoyed every inch of this beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. Cleanliness and attention to detail was amazing. We loved the fact It felt like home and not just a rental. Definitely will be looking forward to returning next year.

The deepest of gratitude goes out to you guys. Couldnt have asked for a more perfect place. We thank you for giving us the opportunity in enjoying this beautiful home and making our family memories even more special.

I worked with EVA over the phone, but we never met. She also responded quickly to my questions. I did not meet any-other of the staff other then by electronic communications. The trip went well and didn't require much interfacing.

The property was very well maintained and had all that we needed for the week stay. It was large and had room enough for many more people.

Beautiful, clean and a convenient, quiet location! We enjoyed the pool, kayaks, fishing off the dock and the daily afternoon lightning shows . The yard was nicely landscaped and having the backyard fenced was a great feature for our dogs who like to sniff everything out before deciding on the perfect spot for taking care of business. The only glitch we had was receiving the wrong code for the door in the check in email, but it only took about 10 minutes to resolve and the rest of the vacation was trouble free. We would definitely stay with Vesteva again!

Such a beautiful home! We loved everything about it. We are already planning a return visit! Vanessa was a perfect host and saw to our every need. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and each person we passed waved and made us welcome.

The house is beautiful and the views of the cabal are heavenly. We enjoyed being outdoors the entire time we were there. Ft Myers us close to hit the shops and beaches. We will definitely come back to stay with Vesteva Vacation Rentals.

We had a really nice time at this home. It was comfortable, well stocked and exactly as pictured. Walmart and Publix are close by as well. There arent a ton of restaurants super close but its a Short enough distance to sanibel island and fort Myers beach that we made several trips throughout our stay and there are some great places in those areas. There were so many extras in the house that were helpful like spices in the kitchen or bikes, pool floats, a fishing pole and a cooler in the garage. The kids enjoyed watching the iguanas in the yard across the canal and the little lizards that run around outside. The backyard pool is great! Were hoping to come back again.

We did not have much contact with the team there was no need everything was just as advertised but the little we did they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service we received.

Amazing place, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything you will need, garage had tons of beach and pool items, the pool was awesome (we did lots of night swimming). Place was super clean and inviting. The master bath was bigger than my first apartment! Super easy to check in and out with no hassle. Location is nice, quiet and residential and quick mile down the rod to grocery and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing place, well appointed and beautifully decorated, and convenient location. Pool was awesome, we did lots of night swimming, and garage had everything you need for a beach trip. Easy to get to Ft. Meyer, Sanibel, Captiva. Vesteva made it super easy to check in and out and responded quickly to a maintenance request.
