Amazing rental! the house is pristine. We spent most of our vacations in the house due to poor weather, and we enjoyed every minute of it: kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of areas to relax.

Simply said.. our expectations were met in every way with both the Vesteva Team and the home. House Patricia is an outstanding vacation rental with so many things to like about it. Location, Close to groceries, excellent cape restaurants, and of course the beach's. Beautiful pool area, Huge canal front deck with LED lit tiki hut, underwater lighting to see fish, turtles, manatee, dolphins, 2 Kayaks, 2 Bikes, fishing rods. Very complete rental! I would not hesitate to rent this home again and would recommend Vesteva to my friends and family.

Excelente anfitrin, tanto Bob como Vanessa nos atendieron muy bien. Nos dieron una extensa gua para movernos en nuestras vacaciones con playas, mercados y paseos. La casa estaba impecable, anduvo todo de maravilla y estaba muy limpia. Hay de todo para una excelente estada, incluyendo muchas cosas de playa como sombrilla, heladera porttil, reposeras y juegos para chicos. Pasamos unas excelentes vacaciones, seguramente volveremos en otro momento.

Just came back from our family vacation. What a Beautiful, beautiful home! Definitely exceeded our expectations. We're a family of 5, with a 2 and 3 year old and a teenager. All kids were happy! Little ones couldn't get enough of the pool and the older one loved the kayaks and hanging on the dock. This house is made for vacations. Well equipped kitchen, including a nice spice rack. We felt so comfortable and would definitely stay here again. One of the most relaxing vacations I've ever had.

The day after I arrived the host came by to do our orientation & answer any questions & concerns that we may have had. Any & all problems I had they immediately took care of, without any hesitation or hassle at all! The host was extremely kind & very understanding. I had a little problem at the end of my stay with my flight & the host was quick to help with extending my stay for another night.

The listing was very accurate, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend this listing or any of their other listings! The neighborhood was very quiet & very nice. I couldn't have asked for a better host or stay!
I loved that we were only minutes away from the grocery store & many other stores. Also, that the house was not on a main road, but more importantly the house was perfect.

Vanessa was wonderful to work with. She helped us find this lovely pet friendly home in the month we need when it looked like all of our options were running out due to the demand for rentals. We were able to do everything over the phone or the computer. No need to go to the office which was very convenient for us.
Stephan introduced us to the home, showed us around the property, explained the workings of the pool and other things we needed to know. He was professional and informative and very friendly. Vesteva is a very professionally run organization from the receptionists to the cleaning staff. The home was spotless when we arrived, I'm pretty picky about rental homes and this home was immaculate. I would most definitely return to Vesteva Vacation Rentals again. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Patricia.

Villa Patricia is a lovely home in a nice neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The property is fully equipped with most everything you will need. The linens are all very nice. The pool and outdoor patio area is beautiful. We spent most of our time outside enjoying everything. We had Manatee come right up to the dock almost everyday. We enjoyed cocktails at the Tiki table while watching the sunset. The home was immaculate upon entering which made us feel right at home....no weirdness or creepy vibes from this home. We felt safe in the neighborhood, we walked everyday. The Publix grocery store is an easy walk for last minute items. The beds were very comfortable, TV's in every room was a plus! The seating area in the open space in the home was so inviting. We enjoyed that spot for conversations with friends or just a comfy spot to read. We feel very lucky to have found this rental, I would recommend this home to our friends.
