Casa La Raya is an open space three bedroom and 3 full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape Coral. Centrally located and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy the Florida lifestyle but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place. This home is perfect for the boating enthusiast. Your southern exposure home overlooks a direct gulf access canal, and the home has been designed to maximize water views and bring the outside inside.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, forty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well-designed, and very open vacation home with 10 ft sliding doors.
Casa La Raya features unique Florida décor, a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The open floorplan is set up as a split featuring the bedrooms on each side with the master on one side and the two extra bedrooms on the other. The three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two king-size beds and one queen bed.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and amazing views of the water and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise. The Villa features a family room with comfortable couches and a reclining chair as well as a big screen TV.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view of the pool area and lanai.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
 
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees on the high-top table on the dock with amazing views down the canal.

Casa La Raya ist eine offene Ferienvilla mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern im äußerst begehrten Südwesten von Cape Coral. Zentral gelegen und in fußläufiger Entfernung zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wenn Sie den Lebensstil Floridas genießen, sich aber dennoch im Zentrum großartiger Annehmlichkeiten befinden, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. Dieses Haus ist perfekt für Bootsliebhaber. Ihr nach Süden ausgerichtetes Haus blickt auf einen Kanal mit direktem Zugang zum Golf. Das Haus wurde so konzipiert, dass es den Blick auf das Wasser maximiert und die Außenwelt nach drinnen bringt.
Dieser Standort bietet eine schnelle Fahrt zu allen zentralen Orten in Cape Coral. Nach Matlacha sind es etwa 10 Minuten, nach Fort Myers Beach 40 Minuten und zum Florida International Airport etwa 45 Minuten.
Gäste können alles, was Südwest-Florida zu bieten hat, in einem makellosen, gut gestalteten und sehr offenen Ferienhaus mit 10-Fuß-Schiebetüren genießen.
Das Casa La Raya verfügt über ein einzigartiges Florida-Dekor, eine Gourmetküche mit Edelstahlgeräten und Granit-Arbeitsplatten. Der offene Grundriss ist als Split angelegt und verfügt über die Schlafzimmer auf jeder Seite, wobei das Hauptschlafzimmer auf der einen Seite und die beiden zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer auf der anderen Seite liegen. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind mit zwei Kingsize-Betten und einem Queensize-Bett für eine Großfamilie geeignet.
Mit dieser wunderschönen Einrichtung bietet die Villa Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste.
Für Ihren Komfort ist die gesamte Bettwäsche für Ihren Aufenthalt im Preis inbegriffen. Langzeitaufenthalte sind gestattet.
Der Innenraum verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit viel Licht und herrlichem Blick auf das Wasser sowie Glastüren, die viel Licht hereinlassen, wenn Sie in Ihrem Urlaubsparadies ankommen. Die Villa verfügt über ein Familienzimmer mit bequemen Sofas und einem Liegesessel sowie einem Großbildfernseher.
Beim Betreten des Hauses haben Sie einen freien Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Veranda.
WLAN sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Zu den Highlights des Außenbereichs gehören: eine große Veranda, die zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen, Faulenzen, Essen im Freien, Unterhaltung, Schwimmen im beheizten Pool, einfach nur zum Entspannen und Genießen des Morgenkaffees auf dem hohen Tisch am Dock mit atemberaubender Aussicht genutzt werden kann den Kanal hinunter.

   if pets are allowed there is a $ 150 non-refundable pet fee to be charged.

- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
