Aqua Vista is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Centrally located with Gulf Access, close to restaurants and shopping, near Chiquita and Cape Coral Pkwy with all of its restaurants and shops. The area is a favorite for walking, biking and relaxing.
As soon as you open the double glass doors, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views. This home offers tons of space, 2 master suites, one with patio access and en-suite bathroom, one with pool views and a shared bathroom that can be closed for privacy as well as an almost endless view of a magnificent western facing canal guaranteeing entertainment with the passing boats as well as unique sunsets each evening, but still being in the center of great conveniences. This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Aqua Vista features beautiful airy décor with a beach theme in mind, the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, and one bedroom featuring two twin beds as well as an optional trundle.
The Villa can fit up to 7 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. 
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 8 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the sun ledge in the  or just relaxing on the sun ledge with a small water feature. You can fish right off the seawall or just watch the passing by boats. The outdoor kitchen with ice maker, fridge as well as BBQ and bar area offers great space for entertainment while watching your favorite game on the oversized outdoor smart TV.

- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- Security Deposit $750.00
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
   if pets are allowed there is a $ 150 non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
