Villa Mystique is an open space brand new coastal style three bedroom and 3 full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape Coral. Mystique is centrally located and in close distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy the Florida lifestyle but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Mystique House features unique coastal décor; the oversize three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two king size beds and one queen size bed.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this beautiful layout.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious seaside decor with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise. The Villa features a front family room with comfortable chairs and couch that is open to the lanai as well as open to kitchen and dining space. The big screen tv is great for family entertainment or game days. Mystique offers an office with a beautiful garden view if there is need be to work. Mystique offers an additional family room tagged in the back that is cozy and quiet if you like to be removed from the hustle and bustle. All rooms feature Smartv options as well as a TV in the lanai.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view of the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its stainless appliances as well as oversized center island, there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining space. The airy and well light home with its high ceilings offers a cozy and relaxing environment for the entire family with almost all-around views of the beautiful lanai and pool.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The home offers bicycles for trips around the bike friendly neighborhood.
 
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing in the jacuzzi or sitting around the fire place and having some great conversation.
The comfortable chairs are great for enjoying morning coffees with the eastern facing view from the pool area. Sunrises are a guarantee for great entertainment. The home has a dock for our guest who would like to rent a boat or bring their own.

Wenn Sie den Lebensstil Floridas genießen, sich aber dennoch im Zentrum großartiger Annehmlichkeiten befinden, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.
Dieser Standort bietet eine schnelle Fahrt zu allen zentralen Orten in Cape Coral. Nach Matlacha sind es etwa 10 Minuten, nach Fort Myers Beach 30 Minuten und zum Florida International Airport etwa 45 Minuten.

Für Ihren Komfort ist die gesamte Bettwäsche für Ihren Aufenthalt im Preis inbegriffen. Langzeitaufenthalte sind gestattet.
Der Innenraum verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit viel Licht und eine großzügige Meereseinrichtung mit tollem Grundriss und Glasfronttüren, die viel Licht hereinlassen, wenn Sie in Ihrem Urlaubsparadies ankommen. Die Villa verfügt über ein vorderes Familienzimmer mit bequemen Stühlen und Sofa, das sowohl zur Veranda als auch zur Küche und zum Essbereich hin offen ist. Der Großbildfernseher eignet sich hervorragend für Familienunterhaltung oder Spieltage. Mystique bietet ein Büro mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Garten, wenn Sie arbeiten müssen. Mystique bietet ein zusätzliches Familienzimmer auf der Rückseite, das gemütlich und ruhig ist, wenn Sie dem Trubel entfliehen möchten. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Smartv-Optionen sowie einen Fernseher auf der Veranda.
Beim Betreten des Hauses haben Sie einen freien Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Veranda.
Von der großen, voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten bis hin zur übergroßen Kochinsel in der Mitte gibt es viel Sitzraum für Gespräche, der auch zum Essbereich hin offen ist. Das luftige und helle Haus mit seinen hohen Decken bietet eine gemütliche und entspannende Umgebung für die ganze Familie mit nahezu Rundumblick auf die schöne Veranda und den Pool.
WLAN sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Das Haus bietet Fahrräder für Ausflüge in die fahrradfreundliche Umgebung.

Zu den Highlights des Außenbereichs gehören: eine große Veranda, die zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen, Faulenzen, Essen im Freien, Unterhaltung, Schwimmen im beheizten Pool, einfach nur Entspannen im Whirlpool oder zum Sitzen am Kamin und für tolle Gespräche genutzt werden kann.

- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
