Water’s Edge is a beautiful three bedroom, three bath vacation villa situated in the desirable SW Cape Coral. The Villa is centrally located and close in distance to restaurants and shopping, the library and grocery stores. If you enjoy the Florida lifestyle but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all main locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Waters Edge features a light Boho/Mid-century décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with one king size bed and two queen beds.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this unique set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious organic design with a great floor plan and glass sliders that bring in plenty of light when enjoying the views of the pool. It is just paradise.
The Villa features a family room with a comfortable couch as well as a big screen smart TV in addition to a formal dining room and bar area for additional seating.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed sight to the pool area and lanai.
From the well-appointed kitchen with its fully equipped appliances as well as high top bar enjoy amazing views to the pool area. The floor plan is open and lets you be part of being in the action when working in the kitchen and you do not miss watching TV in the living room. The large sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment and beautiful canal views
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
 

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees. The sea wall with amazing views of the canal can be used for fishing or just enjoying the wildlife.

- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- Security Deposit $750.00
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
   if pets are allowed there is a $ 150 non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
