Aqua Bella is a beautiful, open lay out vacation home which is centrally located in the lower SW Cape Coral neighborhood on a gulf access canal with boat dock and lift.
Upon entering the front door, you will find a split floor plan featuring a formal living room for relaxing, formal dining space next to the main bedroom as well as an open kitchen connected to the family living room. The home features tons of windows facing the lanai and pool area.
The three bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen and 1 Twin bed) as well as 2 full bathroom vacation Villa will offer your family plenty of space to relax and recharge.
The home is centrally located close to Cape Coral Pkwy with its restaurants and stores and the neighborhood offers great options for walking or biking. It is a boater’s paradise with the gulf access option and the boat dock and lift if you like to bring your own boat or let us assist you with a boat rental.
This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 12 minutes to Matlacha, forty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very bright vacation home.
Aqua Bella features beautiful décor and can fit up to 7 guests very relaxed in this comfortable set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts plenty of light with windows facing the pool area and plenty of sliders going out to the patio and pool.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
**Fire Place inside the home as well as on the dock are not available for tenant usage**

Highlights of the outside include: a lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, or just watching amazing sun rises.
If you like additional entertainment space, why not relax by the boat dock where you have a chance to see the Florida Fish and Wildlife or just enjoy sitting by the water around the fire pit.(*Fire Pit not available for guest use*)
There is a seawall and a concrete dock for canal fishing.

Wenn Sie die Eingangstür betreten, finden Sie einen geteilten Grundriss mit einem Wohnzimmer zum Entspannen, einem Essbereich neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer sowie einer offenen Küche, die mit dem Familienwohnzimmer verbunden ist. Das Haus verfügt über zahlreiche Fenster mit Blick auf die Veranda und den Poolbereich.
Die drei Schlafzimmer (2 Queensize- und 2 Twin-Schlafzimmer) sowie die 2 kompletten Badezimmer der Ferienvilla bieten Ihrer Familie viel Platz zum Entspannen und erholen.
Das Haus liegt zentral in der Nähe des Cape Coral Pkwy mit seinen Restaurants und Geschäften und die Nachbarschaft bietet großartige Möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder Radfahren. Es ist ein Paradies für Bootsfahrer mit der Möglichkeit des Zugangs zum Golf und der Bootsanlegestelle und dem Bootslift, wenn Sie Ihr eigenes Boot mitbringen oder sich von uns beim Bootsverleih unterstützen lassen möchten.
Von diesem Standort aus sind alle zentralen Orte in Cape Coral bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nach Matlacha sind es etwa 12 Minuten, nach Fort Myers Beach etwa 45 Minuten und zum Florida International Airport etwa 45 Minuten.

Der Innenraum bietet viel Licht mit Fenstern zum Poolbereich und vielen Schiebetüren, die zur Terrasse und zum Pool führen.
WLAN sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Zu den Highlights des Außenbereichs gehören: eine Veranda, die zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen, Faulenzen, Essen im Freien, Unterhaltung, Schwimmen im beheizten Pool oder einfach nur zum Beobachten atemberaubender Sonnenaufgänge genutzt werden kann.
Wenn Sie zusätzlichen Unterhaltungsraum wünschen, entspannen Sie doch am Bootssteg, wo Sie die Chance haben, die Fische und Wildtiere Floridas zu beobachten, oder genießen Sie es einfach, am Wasser rund um die Feuerstelle zu sitzen (Kamin & Fire Pit auf dem Dock, steht Gaesten nicht zur Verfuegung).
