3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a den greet you in this vacation rental. The kitchen is fully equipped and the TV in the main living room offers entertainment for those hot summer nights. The swimming pool is electrically heated and can be used year round. The oversized pool deck is covered by a large pool screen and offers plenty of space to lounge, relax and play.

We recommend this property! Our family had a wonderful time staying there. The house was so accommodating. The heated pool provided hours of fun and the view from the patio was lovely. We appreciated how quiet and calm the neighborhood was, as well as how close it was to grocery stores. The house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our our stay! The check in process was smooth and easy, as was check out.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Pointe so much. The house was lovely and so accommodating for our family. The beautiful pool provided endless enjoyment for our kids and we loved the view of the canal from the patio. We had an absolutely lovely time at Sunset Point. It was so relaxing and delightful. The house was perfect or our family. The kids absolutely loved swimming in the pool. Everything was clean and well stocked. The deck and patio were so wonderful. It was so pretty to sit by the pool and be able to look out at the canal. We really had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying at this property. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

We had a really nice experience and enjoyed being able to relax and eat our own meals instead of eating out for several days. The home was as presented and we were glad because the weather wasn't ideal for going to the beaches so having a pool was nice. We were not able to get the waterfall to work, but other than that, the pool was nice. The rooms, mattresses, the air conditioning, the showers, everything was really, really nice.

We haven't used Air B&B much so difficult to compare. We can say that we had a wonderful experience, the home was very nice and we enjoyed being able to spend 5 days away from home and be able to cook and eat home cooked meals instead of eating out every day. This was a big deal for us. All in all, a great experience.

Due to covid, our experience was by email and phone. Your team members were helpful and accommodating. The maintenance members that stopped by during the week were friendly and professional. Though we did not see the cleaners, they deserve note as the property was spotless on our arrival.

The home was beautiful and in a location near road access for the activities were are interested in. The neighborhood was very quiet and the canal had birds, iguanas, and fish to entertain us. We spent most of our time around the pool on the patio. We slept well in the beds. It was very helpful with one bathroom and shower off the pool for the children to dry off in. We would stay there again.

Definitely spot on with description. Very clean, great neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. Spacious house with an awesome pool area. The grill came in use as we did not want to eat out everyday. Area of the house is near tons of restaurants, shopping, grocery, pharmacies! Had a great vacation!!

Loved the house, location and neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful, great for taking walks. Pool was great and the bed was comfy. Blanket was a bit heavy in the master bedroom but I think that might be our only complaint. Loved that there was a grill, did lots of BBQ. Spacious house. The host was really great. Everything was prepared when we arrived. Even as we arrived very late at night, the lights were on outside and a few lights inside to get easier along. The next day someone checked-in to see if everything is fine which was great in my opinion as he gave some useful tips on which beach to go and when is the best time to leave to avoid the traffic. The property was very clean a lot of amenities were provided. The neighborhood was also nice and clean. Pool was great - our 6 year old son loved to swim in it. Overall there is nothing to complain about. It really felt home from the first minute.

Our stay at Sunset Point was everything we wanted. The kitchen was so well stocked and the started kits were very helpful. It always is nice to have past renters leave a few things behind ...we were so grateful for the sunscreen...thank you...it felt so good to pay forward when we left a few starter items! The neighborhood was a great place to bike and our grandchildren enjoyed biking to see the resident burrowing owls. We for sure would recommend this property to the young and old alike...was so easy to get around Cape Coral from this location and shopping was within a few mile drive...very convenient for groceries! Thank you Vesteva for a wonderful stay and we will see you next year!

Dont hesitate in staying in this beautiful waterfront home in Cape Coral, you wont be disappointed! The privacy of the backyard & screened in pool, with multiple seating areas, pool amenities, grill, dozen & half palm trees; was the perfect setting for our family to enjoy in private. We were close enough for a 5 minute run to the local grocery story, but secluded enough to only hear the sounds of our music floating on the breeze! Having two elderly parents with specific health needs, the home fit all our needs. And because it is pet friendly we were able to bring our support dog too! Thank you for the perfect getaway for my parents, my husband, me & our support dog, our beloved Shih Tuz Pomeranian, Peggy Sue! The house was beautiful inside & out; it was everything we had hope for! We had everything we needed in the privacy of the backyard. My dad who is visual impaired, & my mom who has Alzheimers, both felt right at home. We were able to celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary in our own private oasis, away for noise of the city, amongst palm trees blowing in the wind, on a beautiful waterway.
