Es ist nur fünfundzwanzig Minuten von Matlacha und fünfundzwanzig Minuten von Fort Myers Beach entfernt, was es zu einer sehr zentralen Lage für viele Unternehmungen macht. Von der Küche aus haben Sie Zugang zu zwei separaten Essbereichen und dem Wohnzimmer. Es gibt auch drahtloses Internet, TV und ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
- Nonrefundable petfee $150.-- + Taxes will be added
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- Cleaning fee of $275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
