Tropical Dream - With Infinity Pool - Tiki Hut - Great for space for Yoga Lovers

The home is beautiful and we loved being on the canal. Sitting outside hearing the fish jumping and watching birds was wonderful. The pool was excellent and we had a great time. Definitely a place we would return to.

The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed it. I know that you did not advertise the kayaks and bikes but since so many reviewers mention it, you may want to either state that they are no longer included or have people sign a waiver in order to use them. That was disappointing for us, but jnot your fault. Otherwise I think everything was perfect!

Amazing place, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything you will need, garage had tons of beach and pool items, the pool was awesome (we did lots of night swimming). Place was super clean and inviting. The master bath was bigger than my first apartment! Super easy to check in and out with no hassle. Location is nice, quiet and residential and quick mile down the rod to grocery and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Easy to get to Ft. Meyer, Sanibel, Captiva. Vesteva made it super easy to check in and out and responded quickly to a maintenance request.

This was a beautifully appointed home and had many thoughtful amenities for guests including beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and grill. The kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy these gorgeous home. The back of the house was full of windows and sliding glass doors giving an unobstructed view of the beautifully landscaped pool and canal. Grocery store is approximately 1.5 miles away.

The home is exactly as pictured, such a beautiful setting. The pool area was amazing and being on the canal was very peaceful and relaxing. The home came with everything you could need. There were 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, pool toys, beach toys, books, games etc. The home also had plenty of towels and even some starter spices and such in the pantry! Downfalls for our family were the beds. All the mattresses were pretty firm, which isnt our personal preference but wouldnt stop us from renting again. We would have also liked the pool to have a safety net/gate around it so we could enjoy the pool area without having to worry about kids getting in the pool. The sliding doors do have alarms you can set which is nice but the gate around the pool would have been nice for when we were outside but not swimming. Our only other negative was the pool heater. This particular type of heater needs warmer days to reach the set temperature. We had a couple cooler days and because of that, the water temperature dropped and the heater was never able to reach our desired temperature of 88 and 82 was a little too cold for our kiddos. Overall, the house was delightful, the owners were easy to reach and the house had everything you could need. We would definitely recommend this home to others.

OMG! Where do we begin. From the moment we walked through the front door the property exceeded our expectations. The whole back wall of the property had sliding windows which gave the most gorgeous view of the lanai, pool and canal. Breathtaking! They could be opened for a total open air feel. This property was beautifully furnished inside and out. The lanai furnishngs were tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen was centrally located in the home with plenty of counter space and snack bar seating. Everything was there to prepare a gourmet meal and set a beautiful table with plenty of mats. Two different sets of dishes were included. The pantry was stocked with a blender, hand mixer, several coffee pots including a K-cup coffee maker, plenty of games for family fun. And the master bath, incredible! A beautiful layout. It was nice have 2 guest bedrooms separated from the master as well. Tommy Bahama style bedroom furniture seemed to be high-end quality as well as the mattress. The whole house flowed with continuity of a color scheme and was very tastefully done. We spent many evenings on the new Tiki Hut dock on the water. enjoying cocktails. And my husband made use of the fishing poles. We did not make use of the kayaks or bikes but they were available and of very good quality. If you like to head to the beach, the garage was stocked with beach chairs and coolers. There was not one thing we needed during this stay that was not provided. Kudos to Vesteva. Stephen was amazing checking in with us the day after we arrived to answer and address any of our questions. And upon check out, immediately addressed a few things we brought up. With the current COVID situation, we felt confident that this property was immaculately cleaned and sanitized. A very important thing to travelers these days. I would definitely search for a Vesteva property first when planning our next vacation stay. Very professional! This property was within minutes of Rum Runners, Fathom, Lobster Lady and other fun dinner options. Publix was within minutes also. If you are a golfer, we enjoyed Palmetto-Pines which was about 10 minutes away and reasonably priced We were told that this course had been updated recently and we really playing it. I would absolutely book with Vesteva again. We loved it so much we booked the beautiful property an extra day. The home was immaculate and stocked full of everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal, set a beautiful table, take a trip to the beach with chairs and coolers. As the property's lanai faced east, lovely sunrises could be viewed. As we didn't use the kayaks or bikes they were available to us. The boat dock and newly added Tiki Hut was a go to spot to enjoy the canal and fish. Fishing poles we their as well. Stephan was amazing to work with and immediately answered our questions and took care of any and all details that needed to addressed immediately. Vesteva properties will be my first go when searching for a vacation rental. With the Covid situation, I felt confident this property was clean and sanitized. We loved this trip! Diane and Jim

The house was lovely. It has all the household items you will need. The patio and pool area are beautiful. We spent hours out there. The location was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The house is in a great location; great starting point to explore. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a perfectly beautiful house with very nice amenities, in a quiet neighborhood. It was hard to leave! I stayed with kids (ages 6-12) and it was spacious, clean and entertaining. Beyond anything we had expected which was a lovely surprise. The neighborhood is so peaceful. We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks, fishing rods, not to mention the pool. It felt like a luxurious escape. Only 3 miles from just about anything places you might need - grocery store, pharmacy, etc... We would love to come back and stay again.
