Beach Dreaming is a new build three bedroom, two bath and den vacation villa situated in the desirable SW Cape. The Villa is centrally located and close in distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy the Florida lifestyle but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all main locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Beach Dreaming features a light tropical décor; the three bedrooms are beautifully set up for an extended family with two king-size beds and one queen bed.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortably with this layout.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious tropical design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise.
The Villa features a family room with comfortable couches as well as a big screen tv in addition to a formal dining room, a large, fully equipped kitchen with its stainless appliances as well as high top bar that offers for additional seating next to the nook area with views of the tropical and lush patio and lanai. The formal dining area has a full view of the garden.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed sight to the pool area and lanai with a formal living area great for relaxing and reading and should there ever be a cool day in Florida the fireplace will surely keep you warm. The den offers separation should you have to do some work with a designated desk and French doors that can be closed for privacy.
The large sliding doors that face the pool area letting in tons of light and offering tropical views of the canal and lush garden.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool or just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees. The sea wall with amazing views down the canal can be used for beautiful views, fishing or just enjoying the wildlife.
Beach Dreaming truly has it all, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, options for biking with the mile long bike paths around Cape Coral and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

Beach Dreaming ist eine neu gebaute Ferienvilla mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und liegt im begehrten Süd Westen von Cape Coral. Die Villa ist zentral gelegen und in der Nähe von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wenn Sie den Lebensstil Floridas genießen, sich aber dennoch im Zentrum großartiger Annehmlichkeiten befinden, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.
Dieser Standort bietet eine schnelle Fahrt zu allen wichtigen Orten in Cape Coral. Nach Matlacha sind es etwa 10 Minuten, nach Fort Myers Beach etwa 35 Minuten und zum Florida International Airport etwa 45 Minuten.
Gäste können alles, was Südwest-Florida zu bieten hat, in einem makellosen, gut gestalteten und sehr offenen Ferienhaus genießen.
Beach Dreaming verfügt über ein helles tropisches Dekor. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind mit zwei Kingsize-Betten und einem Queensize-Bett wunderschön für eine Großfamilie eingerichtet.
Mit dieser Aufteilung bietet die Villa sehr bequem Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste.
Für Ihren Komfort ist die gesamte Bettwäsche für Ihren Aufenthalt im Preis inbegriffen. Langzeitaufenthalte sind gestattet.
Der Innenraum verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit viel Licht und ein geräumiges tropisches Design mit einem großartigen Grundriss und Glasfronttüren, die viel Licht hereinlassen.
Die Villa verfügt über ein Familienzimmer mit bequemen Sofas und einem Großbildfernseher sowie ein formelles Esszimmer, eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten sowie eine hohe Bar, die neben dem Eckbereich zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten bietet mit Blick auf die tropische und üppige Terrasse und Veranda. Der formelle Essbereich bietet einen uneingeschränkten Blick auf den Garten.
Beim Betreten des Hauses haben Sie einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Veranda mit einem formellen Wohnbereich, der zum Entspannen und Lesen einlädt. Sollte es in Florida jemals einen kühlen Tag geben, wird Sie der Kamin mit Sicherheit warm halten. Für den Fall, dass Sie etwas arbeiten müssen, bietet das Arbeitszimmer eine Abtrennung mit einem eigenen Schreibtisch und Fenstertüren, die zur Wahrung der Privatsphäre geschlossen werden können.
Die großen Schiebetüren zum Poolbereich lassen viel Licht herein und bieten einen tropischen Blick auf den Kanal und den üppigen Garten.
WLAN sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Zu den Highlights des Außenbereichs gehören: eine große Veranda, die zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen, Faulenzen, Essen im Freien, Unterhaltung, Schwimmen im beheizten Pool oder einfach nur zum Entspannen und Genießen des Morgenkaffees genutzt werden kann. Der Damm mit herrlichem Blick auf den Kanal kann für schöne Ausblicke, zum Angeln oder einfach zum Genießen der Tierwelt genutzt werden.

- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- Cleaning fee of $275.00 will be added to the rental amount
