Feeling TipSea is a beautiful, cozy vacation home which is centrally located in the SW Cape Coral neighborhood on a gulf access canal with boat dock and lift. 
Upon entering the front door, you will find a split floor plan featuring a formal living room for relaxing, formal dining space next to the main bedroom as well as an open kitchen connected to the nook area and family living room. The home features tons of windows facing the lanai and pool area.
The three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Full and 2 Twins) as well as 2 full bathroom vacation Villa will offer your family plenty of space to relax and recharge.
The home is centrally located close to Cape Coral Pkwy with its restaurants and stores and the neighborhood offers great options for walking. It is a boater’s paradise with the gulf access option and the boat dock and lift if you like to bring your own boat
This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, forty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport. 
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. 
Feeling TipSea features beautiful décor and can fit up to 6 guests very relaxed in this comfortable set up. 
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. 
The interior boasts plenty of light with windows facing the pool area and a glass door.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, or just watching amazing sun rises. 
If you like additional entertainment space, why not relax by the boat dock where you have a chance to see the Florida Fish and Wildlife
There is a seawall and a concrete dock for canal fishing.

Wenn Sie die Eingangstür betreten, finden Sie einen geteilten Grundriss mit einem formellen Wohnzimmer zum Entspannen, einem formellen Essbereich neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer sowie einer offenen Küche, die mit dem Eckbereich und dem Familienwohnzimmer verbunden ist. Das Haus verfügt über zahlreiche Fenster mit Blick auf die Veranda und den Poolbereich.
Die drei Schlafzimmer (1 King-Size-Bett, 1 Full-Size-Bett und 2 Einzelbetten) sowie die beiden kompletten Badezimmer der Ferienvilla bieten Ihrer Familie viel Platz zum Entspannen und Erholen.
Das Haus liegt zentral in der Nähe des Cape Coral Pkwy mit seinen Restaurants und Geschäften und die Nachbarschaft bietet tolle Möglichkeiten zum Spazierengehen. Wenn Sie Ihr eigenes Boot mitbringen möchten, ist es ein Paradies für Bootsfahrer mit Zugang zum Golf und einem Bootssteg sowie einem Lift.
Von diesem Standort aus sind alle zentralen Orte in Cape Coral bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nach Matlacha sind es etwa 10 Minuten, nach Fort Myers Beach etwa 45 Minuten und zum Florida International Airport etwa 45 Minuten.
Gäste können alles, was Südwest-Florida zu bieten hat, in einem makellosen, gut gestalteten und sehr offenen Ferienhaus genießen.
Feeling TipSea verfügt über eine wunderschöne Einrichtung und bietet in dieser komfortablen Einrichtung sehr entspannt Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste.
Für Ihren Komfort ist die gesamte Bettwäsche für Ihren Aufenthalt im Preis inbegriffen. Langzeitaufenthalte sind gestattet.
Der Innenraum bietet viel Licht mit Fenstern zum Poolbereich und einer Glastür.
WLAN sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Zu den Highlights des Außenbereichs gehören: eine Veranda, die zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen, Faulenzen, Essen im Freien, Unterhaltung, Schwimmen im beheizten Pool oder einfach nur zum Beobachten atemberaubender Sonnenaufgänge genutzt werden kann.

- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- Cleaning fee of $275.00 will be added to the rental amount
