It is a quick drive to Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point Marina, ten minutes to Matlacha, forty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach also many unique restaurants and shopping options are in close proximity.

Happy Wife, Happy Life features double entrance doors, tiles throughout the main living area and beautiful décor, the three Main bedrooms are set up with King size beds and are a great fit for two families there is a den with a murphy bed in case there are additional guests, which can fit up to 8 in total very comfortable in a beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a great open floor plan with plenty of spacious areas to entertain and relax. Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a great lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, sunbathing.
The build in kitchen offers a BBQ and a bar area great for watching football on the outside TV or just listening to music while relaxing in the pool or hanging out by the bar area
