Villa Silhouette is located in central Cape Coral just off Skyline Blvd. In close proximity to Publix Supermarket as well as the Neighborhood Wal-Mart. The property itself sits on a gulf access canal on a quiet side street. Villa Silhouette features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a large open floor plan and a separate office. The master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom are located on the right side of the home. The master bathroom features dual sinks, a soaking tub as well as a walk in shower. The center of the home is made up of vaulted ceilings, a large living room, spacious kitchen with an island, a separate dining nook and also a formal dining room. The two guest bedrooms are located on the left side of the house sharing a good size bathroom with a walk in shower. One of the two guest bedrooms has direct access to the lanai through a sliding glass door, while the second guest bedroom has a walkway leading out to the lanai and boat dock. The backyard features a large under truss lanai, spacious pool deck with sun loungers, a vanishing edge swimming pool which is electrically heated. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder, ein Buero sowie eine ganz tolle Gartenlandschaft. Das Elternschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad befindet sich auf der rechten Seite des Hauses. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist mit einem King size Bett ausgestattet, das Elternbad hat 2 Waschbecken, eine begehbare Dusche sowie eine Badewanne. Das grosse Wohnzimmer bietet gemuetliche Sitzmoeglichkeiten, einen Flat Screen TV sowie einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Terrasse, den Swimming Pool sowie den Gulf Access Kanal. Durch die vielen Fenster sowie die hohen Decken durchflutet das Tageslicht das komplette Haus. Die grosse Kueche ist komplett ausgestattet. Essensmoeglichkeiten gibt es an der Theke, an der Dining Nook sowie dem "Formal Dining Room" wem das immer noch nicht genug ist, kann seine Mahlzeiten auch gerne auf der Terrasse geniessen. Die beiden Gaestezimmer mit Bad befinden sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses. Der Swimming Pool ist elektrisch beheizt und kann somit das ganze Jahr ueber benutzt werden. Die Aussenkueche steht Gaesten auch jederzeit zur Verfuegung.
