The property itself features 3 bedrooms and a den as well as 2.5 bathrooms.  When entering the front door, the property features an open floor plan with high ceilings, an open kitchen, 2 separate dining areas and lots of natural light.  The master bedroom is located on the right side of the property featuring a king size bed, direct access to the lanai through a sliding glass door as well as an ensuite bathroom.  The master bathroom features dual sinks, a soaking tub as well as a walk in shower.  The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house along with another bathroom plus a pool bathroom.  The den can be used as an office or another bedroom as it features a day bed.  The western facing pool area with solar and electric pool heat features plenty of deck around the swimming pool to lounge and hang out.  There is plenty of space underneath the under truss lanai area for a foosball table along with a dining table and seating for 6.  Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the wrap around boat dock which features a tiki hut and two comfortable adirondack chairs.

Die Ferienvilla Paradise Palms liegt im SW von Cape Coral an einem Gulf Access Kanal nur wenige Minuten von Restaurants und Shopping entfernt.  Cape Harbour sowie Camelot Park kann gemuetlich mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden.  Das Haus liegt an einem schoenen Kanal mit westlicher Ausrichtung fuer tolle Sonnenuntergaenge.  3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Office mit einem weiteren Bett, sowie 2.5 Baeder sorgen fuer genuegend Platz um maximal 8 Gaeste unter zu bringen.  Das Masterschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der rechten Seite des Hauses mit eigenem Badezimmer.  Das Badezimmer hat eine grosse Badewanne, 2 Waschbecken sowie eine begehbare Dusche.  Von dem Elternschlafzimmer gelangt man direkt auf die Terrasse.  Das grosse Wohnzimmer sowie 2 Esszimmer mit Kueche befinden sich im Zentrum des Hauses.   Auf der linken Seite befinden sich noch 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit einem Badezimmer.  Ein "Pool Bathroom" ist auch vorhanden.  Die grosse Terrasse bietet genuegend Platz fuer einen grossen Esstisch fuer 8, Tischfussball, sowie Liegen um die Sonne Florida's zu geniessen.  Der Swimming Pool ist Elektrisch sowie Solar beheizt und kann somit das ganze Jahr ueber benutzt werden.  Geniessen Sie einen Cocktail auf dem Haus eigenen Bootsanleger mit Tiki Hut und Stuehlen.  Von hier aus koennen sie tolle Sonnenuntergaenge geniessen.
