Villa Cape Coastal is located in the SW Cape Coral Area on a wide Gulf Access canal.  The property was furnished by a professional interior designer and no expense was spared.  Villa Cape Coastal features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open living room with plenty of sun light and a gourmet kitchen.  The master bedroom featuring a king size bed is located on the right side of the home with its own en-suite bathroom, dual sinks as well as a walk in shower.  From the master bedroom, access the pool deck through the pocket sliding glass doors.  The kitchen as well as the 2 guest bedrooms are featured on the left side of the property, while the main living room with its comfortable furnishings and large flat screen television makes up the center of the home.  The guest suites are equipped with 1 king and 1 queen size bed.  Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower.  The guest bathroom also serves as the pool bathroom as it is accessible from the pool deck as well.  The southern facing pool deck with its electrically heated swimming pool features a dining table, 6 chairs, as well as a comfortable lounge that are all located under a covered lanai.  On the back deck that is outside of the pool cage you will find more comfortable lounging furniture, a fire pit as well as another dining table and 6 chairs with a large umbrella.  The backyard also features a small private beach with a second fire pit, while down on the dock relax and enjoy a cocktail on the comfortable built in bench which is located underneath a sun sail.

Villa Cape Coastal liegt an einem breiten Gulf Access Kanal im SW von Cape Coral.  Wenige Autominuten von den "Surfside Shops, sowie dem Camelot Isle" mit Ihren Restaurants und Publix Supermarkt entfernt.  Das Haus wurde von einem professionellen Designer eingerichtet.  Villa Cape Coastal bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder sowie ein geraeumiges Wohnzimmer und einer Gourmet Kueche.  Das Masterschlafzimmer mit einem King Size Bett und einem Badezimmer befindet sich auf der rechten Seite des Hauses.  Von dem Masterschlafzimmer hat man einen direkten Zugang zu dem Swimming Pool durch eine Schiebetuere.  Das Wohnzimmer liegt in der Mitte des Hauses waehrend die Kueche sowie die zwei Gaeste Zimmer auf der linken Seite des Hauses sind.  Gaestezimmer 1 ist mit einem weiteren King Size Bett ausgestattet waehrend das zweite Gaestezimmer mit einem Queen Size Bett ausgestattet ist.  Beide Gaestezimmer teilen sich das Pool Bad welches auch von der Terrasse begehbar ist.  Der Richtung Sueden ausgerichtete Swimming Pool ist elektrisch beheizt und kann das ganze Jahr ueber benutzt werden.  Unter dem ueberdachten Terrassenbereich befindet sich ein Tisch mit 6 Stuehlen sowie eine Lounge zum entspannen.  Hinter dem Pool Deck befindet sich eine weitere Terrasse mit einer separaten Essecke sowie gemuetlichen Stuehlen und einer Feuerstelle.  An dem Haus eigenen "Beach" ist auch fuer Atmosphaere mit einer weiteren Feuerstelle und gemuetlichen Stuehlen gesorgt.  Wer noch einen weiteren Platz zum entspannen sucht, kann das auf dem Bootsdock unter einem "Sail" im Schatten auf der eingebauten Bank tun.  Es gibt genuegend Plaetze um sich zu entspannen und einen Cocktail beim bewundern des Sonnenuntergangs ein zu nehmen.

- Rental rate includes 4 people
- Each additional person is $20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- Security Deposit $750.00
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by tenant
- On Pet Approved properties, please note that we do charge a $ 150 + Tax non-refundable pet deposit fee after your reservation is confirmed (up to 2 pets, additional pets will be at $ 25 in addition)
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
- Nonrefundable petfee $150.-- + Taxes will be added
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- Cleaning fee of $275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
