Description

This new construction home was finished in January of 2020.  The property is located in a quiet, well established SW Cape Coral neighborhood on a freshwater canal.  The property features high ceilings, an open concept floor plan with a large kitchen island, light and airy living room.  The master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom is located on the left side of the house, while the three guest bedrooms are located towards the right side of the home.  Two of the three guest suites share a bathroom while the third guest bathroom has its own ensuite bathroom which als serves as the pool bathroom.  The swimming pool is electrically heated and faces south for maximum sun exposure.  Enjoy the large sun deck, under truss sitting area as well as the backyard which is great for fishing and relaxing.  
 

Unsere Villa Tortuga wurde im Januar 2020 fertiggestellt.  Das 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Baeder Haus befindet sich im SW von Cape Coral in der naehe der Surfside Shops sowie Starbucks.  Gelegen an einem ruhigen Frischwasser Kanal und einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstrasse.  Das Haus verfuegt ueber einen grossen Wohnbereich mit offener Kueche, hohen Decken, viel natuerliches Licht sowie 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Baeder.  Das Elternschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses waehrend die 3 Gaestezimmer auf der rechten Seite des Hauses sind.  Zwei der 3 Gaestezimmer teilen sich ein gemeinsames Bad, waehrend das dritte Gaestezimmer sein eigenes Bad hat, dieses dient auch gleich als das Pool Bad.  Die Richtung Sueden ausgerichtete Terrasse mit grossem elektrisch beheizten Swimming Pool ist eines der Highlights dieses schoenen, mit lieb eingerichtetem Ferienhaus.  Entspannen Sie sich unter der ueberdachten Terrasse oder geniessen Sie die Sonne auf der grossen Terrasse.  Wer gerne fischen moechte, kann das natuerlich gerne von der "Seawall" hinter dem Haus tun.

Of all the AirBNB places Ive stayed in, this is by far the best. The host met us at the house the next day to check on everything, which we really appreciated. This house is new, so I expected it to be very nice; however, I did expect for it to have EVERYTHING from a broom, to a life vest for my 8-year-old son, to everything one could ask for in a kitchen. I love white sheets on all beds. This home had extra. 3 separate ways to access the pool area with easy access to the restroom straight from the pool area. Therere also televisions, with cable in every room. We went for late night swims and enjoyed the house so much that one day we just stayed in, lounged, ate, drank, laughed and enjoyed the peace. If I could give ten stars, I would.

Great property. The master bath, walkout patio door from the bedroom to the pool plus outdoor dining area was awesome. Pine Island is just a few minutes drive and getting to Ft Myers and Sanibel is easy. I would definitely recommend.
