Villa Riverview has enough room for up to six people in 3 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms, an oversized fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with unobstructed views of water, water and more water.
The swimming pool faces south and is heated by solar. Enjoy the view from the large, covered sitting area for dining and lounging. Lots of privacy in the backyard due to the mature landscaping and wide river view. The property features hard surface flooring throughout and all bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated.

Durch die grossen Glassschiebetueren gelangt man direkt auf die grosse Terrasse und den Swimmingpool. 
Von hier aus kann man relaxed die vielen Boote vorbeiziehen sehen. Der Bootssteg im Fluss ist der ideale Platz um Delfine, Seekuehe und tropische Voegel zu beobachten. Sofern man eine Pause von der Sonne benoetigt kann man sich unter dem ueberdachten Bereich der Terrasse zurueckziehen und sich auf der Lounge entspannen. Das Haus wurde komplett im Jahre 2018/2019 renoviert und auf den neusten technischen Stand gebracht.

This house was gorgeous! Nicely decorated, not cluttered, and plenty of room for your things in the closets and cabinets. The house is in a nice quiet area where you can relax, catch some sun, read by the pool, and watch the boats go by on the river. Inside was sparkling clean when we arrived and it had anything you could need for your stay (tupperware, cooking utensils, grill, Bluetooth speaker, pool towels & floats). If you forgot anything it is a quick drive to a Walmart, CVS, and the fish market! Definitely want to come back again and bring my family - thanks again for an amazing week!

Thank you so much for last week. It was great to get some time to relax, and the house was gorgeous! It was incredible and we have zero complaints about our time there. We cooked all of our meals at the house. So, having the Tupperware and utensils was so helpful - didnt have to dirty the ones I packed! As well as the Bluetooth speaker was a great touch for us to be able to use. I want to come back to this property or another Vesteva with my family! Super quick responses, property was very clean when we showed up, it was a quiet area to relax and read - got to finish two books! One of the rafts in the storage bin had a hole in it so we got some new ones and left them in the storage when we left and threw out the old one. I noticed a couple things that I should point out: - the pocket door to the bathroom by the queen bedroom gets stuck if you close the door, the lock knob is stuck down. - the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom is loose, we changed the toilet paper roll and it came off. Tried to get it back on right but it may come off on the next guest - there was a drill bit on the twin bed in the third bedroom if anyone is looking for one - the wine fridge outside smelled like old fish so we avoided opening it (would be nice to have wine glasses too - not above having wine out of a coffee mug just would be a nice touch :) ) - couldnt get the pool light to turn on when it was dark out - the front loader washing machine was left closed before we got there and some moisture was trapped inside leading to some mold and mildew on the inside rim (happens with mine at home) so need to wipe down the inside rim that traps water with a washcloth before closing it or leave it open to air dry some between guests if possible. From my understanding, we were the 1st guests to stay here, so we had the pleasure of enjoying everything new in this house from kitchen appliances and accessories, beach/bath towels, blankets, etc. The property manager who comes by to check you in is very pleasant and helpful if you have any questions at all.; great sense of humor! They did an excellent job of ensuring you have everything you need for your stay. The house is bigger than the photos suggest, so we were very pleased. It was only my husband and I, so there was plenty of room, but it also would host 6 + people very comfortably. The place was immaculate, and the view of the Caloosahatchee River was absolutely breathtaking!! We even saw a few dolphins at sunset as we were swimming in the pool! We would spend most of our time outside, as you have everything you need, and for us, it was incredibly therapeutic just staring and listening to the beautiful river. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood that you felt entirely safe. Friendly neighbors all around!! Great location, as you are close to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island (an absolute must) and Lovers Key State Park. Endless food options all around Cape Coral and Fort Myers...never a lack in choices. Check in/check out process is simple. Hands down, I would stay here again. It was so far, the best home I've stayed at in FL.!!!

We just want to thank you for sharing this amazing waterfront property. We had the most wonderful time and the view was by tops the best feature of this property! I do believe we were the first guests staying here, so a few side notes...there were no batteries in the clocks, there were no lightbulbs in the 2 guest rooms (which we didn't use so no biggie), and the kitchen could use a pair of tongs, a trivet for hot pans and a colander. Also, we did park daily in the driveway, as we saw the car in the garage and figured the garage was off limits. Maybe clarify with next guest if the garage can be used to park or not. Please let me know if you have any questions at all. Thanks so much again!!!!
