When opening the front door one is greeted by an unobstructed view of the electrically heated swimming pool and a large wall of sliding glass doors. The property has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom is located on the left side of the home while the two guest suites are located on the right side of the home sharing a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is just off the kitchen with a large window towards the front yard. The large under truss lanai sitting area is equipped with a comfortable lounge, a flat screen TV as well as a dining table and chairs.

Die Ferienvilla Cape Sunrise liegt in SW Cape Coral, nur wenige Minuten von Cape Harbour entfernt. Restaurants, Shoppingmoeglichkeiten sowie die Marina sind zu Fuss einfach zu erreichen. Das in 2018 fertig gestellte Haus bietet 4 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Baeder, einen offenen Wohnbereich mit grosszuegiger Kueche und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Interieur. Das Elternschlafzimmer mit direkt begehbarem Bad befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses waehrend sich die Gaestezimmer 2 & 3 auf der rechten Seite des Hauses befinden. Das vierte Schlafzimmer ist neben der Kueche und hat ein grosses Fenster mit Blick auf den Vorgarten. Der grosse Terrassenbereich ist zum Teil ueberdacht und mit einer komfortablen Lounge, Flachbild TV sowie Esszimmertisch und Stuehlen ausgestattet. Der elektrisch beheizte Swimmingpool kann das ganze Jahr ueber benutzt werden.
