Villa Monica is located on El Dorado Pkwy in SW Cape Coral bordering the Cape Harbour Gated Community. This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home features a large open floor plan, open kitchen which is fully equipped and offers breathtaking views out to the lanai.
The master bedroom is located on the left side of the house and features dual sinks, a soaking tub as well as a walk in shower.  The king size bed is next to the sliding glass door that leads out to the under truss lanai as well as the pool deck and electrically heated swimming pool. The guest bedroom side features two good sized bedrooms featuring 1 king and 1 queen size bed. One of the guest bedrooms has a sliding door that accesses the swimming pool and also has an adjoining bathroom that also serves as the pool bath.
For the working person a private office with desk is available if needed.

Wenige Minuten zu Rumrunners Restaurant, Fathoms Restaurant sowie dem Harbor und kleinen Shops. Villa Monica ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern sowie 3 Baedern ausreichend Platz fuer bis zu 6 Gaesten. Die vollausgestattete Kueche ist offen zum Wohnbereich und bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Swimmingpool sowie die dahinter liegende Kanal Lagune. Auf der linken Seite des Hauses befindet sich das Elternschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize Bett sowie einem geraeumige Bad. Zwei Waschbecken, Badewanne sowie begehbare Dusche.
Auf der rechten Seite des Hauses befinden sich die zwei weiteren Schlafzimmer ausgestattet mit jeweils einem King und einem Queensize Bett. Das dritte Bad dient zugleich als Poolbad.
Die Terrasse bietet einen grossen ueberdachten Bereich mit einem grossen Tisch sowie einer separaten Lounge zum Relaxen.  Der Swimmingpool ist Richtung Sued/Westen ausgerichtet und bietet somit Sonne den ganzen Tag.
