Casa Corazon is a unique vacation rental with a resort style pool area, located in SE Cape Coral on the extra wide Rubicon Canal.
Very central location and close to Downtown Cape Coral with its 47th Terrace entertainment street as well as the shops and restaurants located on Del Prado Blvd.
Upon entering the home, you are greeted by lush tropical landscaping in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself features an open floor plan with split bedrooms and comfortable furnishings throughout the house. There are 3 bedrooms with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two additional queen size beds in the guest rooms.
The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The other bathroom also comes with dual sinks, a shower and a toilet. 
From the living room with a TV, a comfortable couch and beautiful views out to the canal you are only a few steps away from the open kitchen which features a large island bar with bar stools and all necessary equipment for preparing a family dinner. 
Stepping out to the covered lanai, you can already see the highlight of the house: the oversized pool area with built-in hot tub!
The southern facing rear exposure offers plenty of sun, even in those few cold winter days. The pool itself is very spacious with a built in hot tub and small waterfall. In addition, the pool is electrically heated and can be used year-round. Plenty of space to relax with friends on the lanai while enjoying beautiful views of the canal and the surrounding palm trees which creates a tropical atmosphere.
A big backyard and boat dock with a tiki hut offer additional space for relaxing, watching sunsets or fishing!
Casa Corazon ist ein wunderbares, im Suedosten gelegenes Ferienhaus, mit einem "resort styled" Swimmingpool direkt am sehr breiten Rubicon Kanal.
Sehr zentrale Lage und unweit zu Downtown Cape Coral und seiner Vergnuegungsstrasse der 47th Terrace und ebenso schnell erreichbar ist der Del Prado Blvd mit zahlreichen Shops, Restaurants, Fitnesscenters und Geschaeften.
Bevor Sie noch das Haus betreten faellt der tropische Vorgarten mit Palmen, sowie auch die ruhige Nachbarschaft auf.
Das Haus selbst bietet einen Open Floorplan mit hochwertigen Moebeln in allen Bereichen. Es besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern mit einem Kingsize Bett im Master Bedroom und 2 Queensize Betten in den Gaestezimmern. Das Master Bedroom hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit 2 Waschbecken, einer begehbaren Dusche und einem WC. Die zwei Queensize Bedrooms teilen sich ein Badezimmer, ebenfalls mit 2 Waschbecken, Dusche und WC. 
Vom Wohnzimmer aus mit TV, bequemen Couches und einem traumhaften Blick auf den Kanal sind es nur wenige Schritte zur offenen Kueche mit Bar und Barstuehlen. Alle notwendigen Kuchenutensilien stehen dem Mieter zur Verfuegung.
Sobald man auf die ueberdachte Terrasse geht sieht man schon das Highlight des Hauses: der grosse Poolbereich mit Whirlpool!
Die nach Sueden ausgerichtete Terrasse bietet viel Sonne, auch in den paar kuehleren Wintertagen. Der Pool ist sehr gross, hat einen eingebauten Whirlpool und kleinen Wasserueberlauf. Zusaetzlich kann man den Swimmingpool elekrtisch heizen und somit das ganze Jahr ueber nutzen. 
Der Aussenbereich bietet viel Platz um mit Freunden zu Entspannen und den Blick auf das Wasser und die Palmen zu geniessen.
Ein grosser Hintergarten, Bootsdock und Tiki Hut bieten weiteren Plaz um die Sonnenuntergaenge zu beobachten oder auch zu fischen!

This was such a gorgeous setting for a girls weekend with my mom and aunt! The house itself is so cute & the pool area is AWESOME. Only a quick 25 min drive from Fort Myers beach, and still on the canal, so you get a pretty view of water! Pool temp was perfect every day & Vanessa stopped by to say hi and check in on us after arrival. 10/10 would recommend & will be back!!! Ps - make sure you bring your own toilet paper. We didnt realize they only gave you one starter roll, but other than that, love, Love, love!

Great Stay, Great host, fast communication, very accurate description. What you see is what you get. My first rental in the Cape, but I have a feeling the price is pretty sharp. Nicely renovated, clean and the pool is amazing. As so is the back yard besides the water. The kids were loving it. Lots of seating space. You could dine almost anywhere in the house. We had a breakfast table, dinner table and even a table where I could do my work and just leave all the papers and pc without this being messed up. Entertainment is great: netflix, prima, roku, you name it. Fast wifi with good reach, and great TV screens. Comfortable beds. Full AC.

We had a great time at Rebecca and Scott's place. The interior was clean and we found everything we needed, but the pool and lanai is what shines. Our family loved swimming in the pool and paddling around the canals in the paddle boat. We even saw a dolphin in the canal a few times. The quiet location is awesome for the price - we were within 30 minutes to an hour from several beaches (Sanibel Island was our favorite with our young kids) and Cape Coral has some really good restaurants (try the fried Oysters at the Boat House).
