This home offers tons of space, one large master suites with patio access and en-suite bathrooms, an almost endless view of a magnificent canal basin, guaranteeing entertainment with the passing boats but still being in the center of great conveniences. This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Southern Comfort features beautiful airy décor, the five bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and one room featuring two twin beds.
The main bedroom has its’ own en-suite bathroom with walk-in closet, the second of the king bedrooms and queen bedroom have their private bathroom of a small hallway which gives you plenty of privacy. The third queen bedroom is near the ½ bath, and the twin bedroom is across the full bath that is also accessible from the pool area. There is a separate coffee/wine bar with additional cabinet space.
The Villa can fit up to 10 guests very comfortably with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. 
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 10 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the jacuzzi or just relaxing on the large dock watching the fish jump or enjoying unforgettable sunsets with the western exposure. You can fish right off the seawall or just watch the passing by boats.

- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- Security Deposit of $750.00
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
- Pet fee $150.00 + Tax
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 450.00 will be added to the rental amount
