This home features a split floor plan with 3 large bedrooms, a formal dining room, game room and spacious living room. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the right side of the house, while the two guest bedrooms are on the left side of the house sharing a bathroom with tub shower. The kitchen is the main focal point and located in the middle of the property with nice views out to the pool area as well as the freshwater canal. The under truss sitting area with dining room table and chairs as well as separate lounge area are the perfect area to enjoy SW Florida sunsets. The swimming pool is electrically heated and can be used year round.

We had a lovely 3 week stay with really great weather. The pool was a godsend. The space was decorated nice but not over done and felt very open and spacious. To be honest we spent more time outside then inside. Love the Cape Coral area and it was difficult to leave. Thanks you for a greatly needed change from midcoast Maine !!

We had an amazing experience! Vesteva had excellent communication throughout the booking process, they were extremely accommodating and helpful. The home was true to the listing and had everything we needed for our stay. <3 Everything was very clean and had all the fun special touches of a hotel which was very nice. The pool was clean, at a great temperature, check in and out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and look to rent another property from them in the future!!

You helped our stay be amazing, you were so accommodating to our requests and helped answer all our questions with being first time AirBnB-ers lol The only reason I bumped the cleanliness down to a 4 is the dumpster in the garage smelled like someone threw up in it. It smelled up the whole garage. So it kinda effected the experience a little lol There was also underwear left in one of the dressers (master). Otherwise everything was fantastic, we had everything we needed, there was tons of cute touches throughout like the way the towels were folded, complimentary items, tissue flowers, etc. <3 I really appreciated that you guys allowed guests to utilize the garage and left the garage door opener.

The photos for this house do it absolutely no justice. It is the most beautiful Airbnb I have stayed in. It was a great location, not too far of a drive to the beach. The Team at Vesteva Vacation Rentals were all great with communicating and was there to help anytime! Will definitely be coming back to Cape Coral just to stay here again!

Hi, we stayed in this house for almost a week mid July. The house was great and in my opinion even better then the description and pictures already indicate. Besides the pool, my 2 older daughters loved the pool table which can actually also be converted into an air hockey table or used for table tennis. No problems whatsoever with the wifi. The House is easy to find and is very spacious and clean. Also both garden and pool are taken care off by professional companies I noticed. All gear for a nice Bbq or cooking was available and clean as well. We liked our stay and special thanks to Vanessa and Robert for their fast responses.

Hi the stay was great. Special thx to Robert and Vanessa for their fast responses and info during check in and check out. The house is super. You might consider to add a note in your general comments on the site that the fence around the pool is actually a insect barrier and not glass (we thought during booking it was potentially glass and therefore not outside (which is much better of course). After this stay I know in Florida everyone has these fences around their pools but in North west Europe I have never seen them yet. Another pre you might want to add is that the house is actually better supplied then you currently listed; like chairs for the beach, great wifi, fruit mixer, toaster etc. Only thing that was a bit unknown was the potentially electrical costs. We did not have a clue if the amount would be sufficient during booking, specifically since the house seems to use (much?) more KwH a week then we are used to in the Netherlands without airco running and poolheating. Of course your amount specified turned out to be fine. Robert informed us as at check in it would be, and at check out it actually was. But I can imagine it might lead to an unexpected surprise when you are charged extra after your stay. We enjoyed our stay and the house very much and would certainly reconsider to stay again if fortune will enable us to visit Florida again. Thx! Ron

This house is amazing. The floorplan is excellent allowing for privacy in the master suite as well as an open floor plan to enjoy family and friends. We loved the pool table and all of the open areas where we were able to play cards or board games or just relax and watch TV. Most importantly, we enjoyed the open patio area and the screened in pool. We were able to turn the pool up so that it was quite warm even though the air was cooler.
This allowed for swimming on days that were not ideally warm. The patio is also furnished in a lovely manner with a large table and a barbecue. We spent most of our time there and boy do we miss it now that we are home in Michigan. Besides the pool, I think my favorite part about this house was the decor. Often times rentals are decorated in the stereotypical Florida style of rattan and tropical print with cold floors and dated accessories. While this home does have a bit of a tropical theme, the home is accented with aqua blues and whites that are both calming and classy. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are about 30 minutes away. Make sure you check out both.

The home was beautiful and the location was great for the baseball tournament. We found out we were basically 20 minutes from every place we needed to go! The boys loved the swimming pool and spent a lot of time there. The home was spacious and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again for the tournament next summer!

The experience and service of Vesteva Rentals was outstanding as expected and known from a few other visits. The variety of rental homes is huge and it is difficult to decide. We definitely come back and recommend Vesteva to our friends.

The V-Gulf Retreat was a nice vacation rental and well equipped. 1 or 2 more deck chairs would be nice as just 1 for 6 people was sometimes difficult. Sitting on a chair is just not the same.
A few more toys for kids to take to the beach would be great.
The availability of beach towels was very convenient.

The property was outstanding. I almost hate to share my experience because it was just too good and it's worth to be kept a secret. It was truly the best accommodation deal in Southwest Florida - very clean property, very well stocked kitchen, piles of towels, gorgeous pool, and all of this - at a very reasonable rate.
