Villa Coral Rose is located in central SE Cape Coral, very close to shopping and restaurants. This vacation rental features a very open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a great room layout.
The 3 bedrooms which feature 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin size beds offer plenty of space for 6 people. The living room offers very comfortable couches with a big screen TV and a gorgeous view out to the heated swimming pool as well as the canal which is located directly behind the house.
The home is very tastefully furnished and decorated. It features a propane BBQ grill, a water fountain and plenty of TVs throughout the home. The western exposure is great for guests that like to broil in the sun.

This property is very luxurious . The view is beautiful . So much attention to detail . The house is beautifully decorated and maintained . We rented a boat and loved exploring everything that was on offer in the area . We really enjoyed the pool And hot tub ! Wonderful week !

This location was perfect for our group coming down from the north for Spring Training! It has a hot tub for the early spring cool nights and a great location close to plenty of restaurants, takeout, eat-in and grocery. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for future stays!

We had an awesome stay! Loved the spot which was perfect for our group attending spring training and getting out of the northern cold! Our only recommendation is that the beds were uncomfortable. Specifically the 2 guest suites. Maybe an upgrade of mattresses are in order. Otherwise we would certainly rent again if you would have us

Great stay! Honestly, the only things (very minor) that were challenges were (see below). We loved it! We are coming back to Vesteva again next year!! (1) never could figure out how to connect an auxiliary device to the sound system. (2) Had trouble engaging the top of slider door locking pins ... for extra pool security for grand children.

Wir erlebten im Haus Coral Rose eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die Ausstattung des Hauses gefiel und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top! Angenehm war auch die ruhige Nachbarschaft und die zentrale Lage, man war im Nu bei einem der groen Supermrkte und auch schnell in Fort Myers. Wir wrden sofort wiederkommen.

Pool area is fabulous, right on canal. We rented a boat for a week and it was docked right at house. Loved that there were some supplies to use without having to buy EVERYTHING! House very comfortable and spacious.
