The south-facing pool area features a large covered lanai with electric heated swimming pool, an oversized boat dock with tiki hut. This is the ideal spot to spend the sunsets with a nice cocktail in hand. The property itself features vaulted ceilings, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a den with a sleeper couch. The kitchen features lots of cabinet space and is open to the living room and the outside lanai with lots of natural light. The surrounding neighborhood features mature landscaping and is very quiet as there are no through streets - ideal for walking, running, biking and inline skating.

Das Haus selber hat sehr hohe Decken und viele Fenster fuer natuerliches Tageslicht. 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Baeder plus Office mit Schlafcouch warten auf Sie. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit jeweils einem King und zwei Twin Size Betten ausgestattet. Ueber das Elternschlafzimmer hat man direkten Zugang auf die Terrasse.

Vanessa and the team were absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were so responsive and quick and remade sure to make us feel right at home with recommendations close to the house. Some of the owners were on site to use the boat one of the days and couldnt have been more friendly!

We absolutely loved staying with Vesteva, it was an amazing experience. The house was beautiful and clean and we felt immediately comfortable. We brought our pups along and they had an absolute blast and we could not have had a more perfect week. We highly recommend Vesteva, both for this house and for their incredible customer service!

Loved this house! Great location, clean and very comfortable. Updates have been done since photos were taken: painting, tile floors in bedrooms, no carpet, and great lanai furniture! For a dog-friendly home it was very clean and well maintained. We purchased and left washcloths and dishcloths as there were none. Shark floor cleaner which I used a few times during our 2 month stay has broken handle and needs replaced, hard to use. 2nd King bedroom needs new mattress, it sags badly even with the bed topper on it! We would definitely stay here again. Vesteva is very responsive and does take good care of the property.

Sehr schnelle und nette Kommunikation - fr die nicht englischsprachigen auch in deutsch. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Ecke gelegen, schner Pool, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, groe Betten, vollausgestattete Kche. Die Gastgeber und das Haus sind absolut zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay was relaxing and exactly what was described. We have high expectations for where we stay and this place did not disappoint. The location is safe and convenient to shopping. The house is clean and beautiful. We wanted a vacation that we could relax and do absolutely nothing. We laid by the pool, enjoyed the hot tub, watched movies on the big screen tv, and watched the flying fish from the marina. The beds are spectacular and we loved the fact that each bed had plentiful pillows. We will be back.
