The office is located on the left side when entering the home, three guest bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the right side of the home while the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the left side of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped and very generous in size, the work space is extended by an island and a beautiful breakfast bar. The pool area features a large covered sitting area, paver pool deck, as well as an electrically heated swimming pool and spa.

Das Ferienhaus Bermuda befindet sich in SW Cape Coral, nur wenige Minuten entfernt von den Surfside Shops. Es bietet 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder, ein Buero, sowie ein geraeumiges Wohnzimmer und Kueche. Das Haus liegt an einem Kanal mit Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko und in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. 
Das groesste Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses, waehrend die drei Gaestezimmer sowie ein weiteres Bad auf der rechten Seite des Hauses zu finden sind. Verbunden sind beide Seiten durch eine voll ausgestattete Kueche sowie einem grossen Wohnzimmer. Der Swimmingpool und Jacuzzi sind elektrisch beheizt und der ueberdachte Terrassenbereich bietet genuegend Platz zum entspannen. Der Pool ist Richtung Sueden ausgerichtet fuer ausreichend Sonne, sogar in den Wintermonaten!

- Bank fees are payable by tenant
- On Pet Approved properties, please note that we do charge a $ 150 + Tax non-refundable pet deposit fee after your reservation is confirmed (up to 2 pets, additional pets will be at $ 25 in addition)
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome" petfee $150.00 + Tax nonrefundable will be added
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- Cleaning fee of $300.00  will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
