It is a quick drive to Punta Gorda downtown, and the famous Fisherman’s Village, ten minutes to Matlacha, forty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach.

Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed and very open vacation home. Villa Sun-Soaked features beautiful décor, the four bedrooms are fitting for two families with one king size bed, two queen size beds and two twin beds, which can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable in a beautiful set up.

For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.

The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a split floor plan and pocket sliders opening the house.  Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.

From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as pocked sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.

Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, sunbathing on the sun ledge inside the pool, and watching amazing sunsets.

There is a seawall for canal fishing.

Von der großen, voll ausgestatteten Küche gibt es ein großes Ess- und Wohnzimmer, sowie Schiebetüren zum Poolbereich für großartige Unterhaltung.
