The open kitchen and spacious living room is a great place for entertaining or watching TV with the family.
A south facing swimming pool, large under truss lounging area, outdoor couches as well as dining table are awaiting your arrival. The split bedroom house features an open floor plan with 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds and a children's room with one bunk bed sleeping 2 children.

The only thing I would ask is if you could invest in some new pillows for the beds. They are pretty hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. Im sure they get heavy use, and its a small thing, but I would make sure to get new ones regularly because it adds so much to the comfort level. Thank you again for such a great experience in your beautiful home. My family and I enjoy visiting Cape Coral and Sanibel, and it is just the perfect spot for us. We will be booking again next year!

Our 2nd stay in a Vesteva property within 9 months. Were from Ohio and drove 17 hours (each way) because of the great experience weve had.
Ease of booking with Vesteva website, quick responses from Vesteva, very accommodating to requests, and I feel Vanessa genuinely cares about our comfort and experience while staying in one of her properties. We were able to check in (early) and check out with no contact and no issues.
The house was exactly as described on the website, and we enjoyed it so much that we requested to stay an additional day (if it was not already booked). Vanessa responded quickly with approval to our request. The house was clean, fully stocked with linens, towels, appliances, kitchen necessities, the pool and lanai were also very clean and where most of our time was spent. The house was also conveniently located near tons of shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to Ft. Myers.

We had no complaints that negatively impacted our stay at Samuel. It is a really nice property. Everything was there that one would need from pool and beach toys to a fully equipped kitchen. My wife was impressed with the clothes washer and dryer. The property had a nice size pool and patio area which we took full advantage of.

Amazing vacation for our family of 6 adults. The pool and spa and fishing on the canal were the highlight for the boys!! The kitchen is amazing and the beds are comfy! Bob from Vesteva came the morning after we arrived and helped us with all of our questions, gave us great places to eat.

Thank you so much for a great stay! Bob was amazing and an asset to our check in. Gave us some great tips for things to do. My only suggestion is for more comfortable seating in the living room. We love to watch movies together in the evening and with 6 adults it was hard. Even a couple of inexpensive comfy recliners. :))

The doggy door from the guest bathroom into the lanai and then the doggy door from lanai into the yard was very nice for them. We really loved and used the pool which
stayed at a perfect temp for swimming. The master bathroom was excellent with a large walk in shower. We did not use the large tub, but it would be perfect for anyone who loves to soak. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The home in Cape Coral that we stayed in was beautiful, clean, well appointed and fit our needs perfectly. We could not have been happier with the home. The lanai came with a large screen TV, table for dining and a full outdoor set to enjoy the sunny outdoors. We used it everyday and truly were able to relax in comfort They thought of everything to make our stay special. The Keurig Coffee Machine is better than the one we have at our home and made my mornings just perfect!! The home is better than pictured and I cannot find one thing to complain about. We will definitely look to rent this place next year...I pray it is available.

Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything! Stayed in the house with my wife and 2 small children (1 and 3) and the house was a great fit for us. Nice open layout, heated pool which we enjoyed regularly, 4 bedrooms including a kids room with bunk bed, and a beautiful master bathroom with soaking tub. Kitchen was fully equipped with tons of cookware, utensils, and appliances. Living room has a nice big TV and comfortable couches, and most other rooms have a TV with a cable box as well. Overall very comfortable space. Overall communication with the host was quick and easy. We did experience some miscommunication at checkout but everything was settled without issue. I would definitely recommend this property and Vesteva vacation rentals.
