A quiet upscale neighborhood of newer built homes surrounds this large vacation rental property. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms newly furnished and decorated in November of 2017. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are equipped with very comfortable mattresses and all necessary items needed for a great vacation. The pool area features a basin view and is located on a gulf access canal. The swimming pool and hot tub are electrically heated and can be used year round.

We loved our stay at Casa Maria. Only reason I gave cleanliness a lower score was because the stove edges and counter tops were not cleaned as well as they should have been. Other than that everything else in this house was clean and tidy. The pool and spa were amazingly clean and easy to use. You cant beat the view of the back yard. The neighborhood was very friendly and felt very safe. Another thing that was of concern was the stove when using induction oven started the top left burner as well. So we only used it the one day.

Do not hesitate to rent this home! It was exactly as pictured. The home was spotless and has a very well stocked kitchen. There is everything there that you would need. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. It was easy to find and not far away from grocery or restaurants. The pool and spa were fabulous, and the view of the canal made for some beautiful sunrise and sunsets. We could not have asked for anything more and hope to be back one day.

We had issues with an incorrect entry code upon arrival, however our emergency phone number that was provided helped us immediately. The emergency/after hours number provided a perfect solution to our issue. The home does need a couple of things repaired and we felt like Steffan was right on top of things after we told him. (leaky bathroom faucet, burning out lightbulb, hydro issues in the peninsula). None of these things affected our stay, however we wanted to let Vesteva know so that the next person renting the home would have as good of a time as we did. Thank you for your prompt replies and great communication!

I recently enjoyed a perfect week with my parents and my kids at Casa Maria. We were all very impressed with the property. It was exactly as pictured, very clean, and conveniently laid out for privacy. The pool, the jacuzzi, the view...I miss it already! Not only was the house immaculate, but Vestevas team went above and beyond when the pool motor died on a Saturday and they had a repair man there the next morning, on a SUNDAY! That scored some major brownie points with my dad, who is a contractor. We enjoyed our week in a Vesteva home so much that I literally booked another of their villas for the same week next year while I was still on this years vacation.

Easy punch code door lock. Some great amenities they dont list- garage door opener, pool floats, full kitchen utensils, glasses, cookware, fridge with ice maker, plenty of lounge seating, dish soap, garbage bags in all cans to start, extra towels and linens in closet, fishing poles. Just gorgeous home! Pool/hot tub were beautiful. Pool was heated and warm, hot tub felt too hot the first night but then gradually got colder? The house manager showed me how to use the remote at the check in and a pool guy came right away when I emailed them and told them I thought the hot tub was luke warm. Pool guy said the hot tub was working fine.... so maybe I just couldnt figure out the remote? Not sure, but we still used the hot tub because well heck we are from Michigan! Haha had a great time anyways!

Casa Maria ist ein tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage. Es ist sehr gerumig und beraus grozgig geschnitten mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Kche ist vollstndig und modern ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat superbequeme Betten, TV, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und weitere Staumglichkeiten wie Kommoden. Toller Poolbereich mit groer Veranda. Der Zugang erfolgte problemlos, einwandfreie Kommunikation. Wir waren begeistert, haben uns sehr wohl gefhlt und wrden jederzeit wieder Casa Maria buchen.

Casa Maria is a large home with 2 master bedrooms in separate parts of the house and another wing with 2 other bedrooms and another bathroom. The house is tastefully decorated and very well appointed with all the dishes, cooking utensils, and amenities to make you feel at home. The kitchen is large and modern. The pool area is large and the water view is peaceful. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and would be perfect for a large family. The home was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. TVs were up to date and in every room. The attached garage was a nice bonus. The only minor drawback was the location with relation to beaches. But the drive was only about 20 minutes and the fact that we returned to a beautiful house every night made it worth the extra drive time. The management company was very efficient and made sure the property was well taken care of. I would definitely return and highly recommend Casa Maria.

we called on a Saturday to report a problem with the pool heating being low and early Monday morning there was a repair man at the door and the pool heater was fixed and we enjoyed the pool everyday thereafter also a very large mirror fell from the wall in one of the bedrooms and shattered, we reported it and the following day there was again someone at the door to clean it up and remove the mirror.

the house was very comfortable and clean. There are two master suites (with very comfortable beds) with bathrooms which made it very comfortable for a two couples stay. The pool was cleaned every week and the hot tub was great. I really liked the refrigerator, it was nice to separate all the foods into different drawers. The kitchen was very well stocked and the kurig was a plus as well. The laundry room was large and nice to store our coolers and things that we had with us on the trip down from Wisconsin. We have rented with Vesteva for several years and don't ever go with anyone else for our annual stay in Florida. Also getting to meet other Vesteva renters at the gathering was terrific. We hab such a wonderful time. Thank you! and we will see you all again in 2019!
