This beautiful vacation home is located in the desirable SW Cape Coral area, south of Cape Coral Parkway within walking distance to Cape Harbour with all of its shops, dining and entertaining. It sits on a half acre lot with south-eastern rear exposure for maximum sun.
Entering the front door you'll find a very spacious floor plan and a great room concept with 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms - the half bath serves as the pool bath and has no shower - plus a den which is equipped with a comfortable pull out couch. The large open kitchen offers great views out to the pool deck and swimming pool. The big windows bring lots of natural light in every room of the house.
The wide intersecting canal views from the under truss lanai are simply stunning.
The swimming pool as well as spa are electrically heated thus allowing the pool to be used comfortably all year around. The swimming pool includes upgraded features like a raised spill over from the spa/hot tub, a built in table as well as a bench seat. The wrap around boat dock is available to dock a boat or to fish from.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location and lots to do nearby. We used the heated pool everyday. We booked this specifically because of all the amenities for children. Would recommend to a family.

We enjoyed the town and area. Lots to do close by. We visited sanibel island, fort meyers beach, and many local parks. We enjoyed using many of the amenities like the childrens toys, the pool safety gate was the best safety feature for our child. We utilized the kayaks, beach chairs and coolers. We spent the majority of our time on the Lanai where we ate all our meals. House features and finishes were done nicely. We didnt watch much tv at all but the TVs in every room is a nice option as well. Thank you and we look forward to returning.

Great house, wonderful location. If you have little ones traveling with you, this house has everything you need. The best part was the child gate to the pool, so we could leave the doors open yet not have to worry about the kids and the water. Really great place!

Exactly as it looks on the pictures. Everything that you would need and lots of additional pieces for those with young families. Clean, hosts super responsive and instructions for arrival and departure very clear. Its a bit of a drive to beaches so if thats what youre wanting to do, just bear that in mind with the planning. Our family had a great stay!

Hi ! We had an amazing stay at the house. Perfect space for our family. As a Brit, the only thing that I missed was a kettle. Very comfortable and everything was there that we needed. Great to have child locks on kitchen drawers and cupboards. Much more spacious than photos suggest. We loved the pool, and hanging out on the lanai. We have friends locally in Cape Coral so we hosted a thanksgiving bbq before we left. Everyone commented on what a lovely home it is. The location is great too. I do remember it being quite fiddly to adjust the pool/spa settings (as others have mentioned) but that is a minor issue in such a beautiful home.

Very nice home, both welcoming and comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub daily, sometimes as early as 7 am because the grandkids wanted in the heated hot tub!! The security fence ( not sure if thats the correct term) is a major bonus if you have little ones! The kayaks are great for a stroll down the water. The house was the perfect size for my husband, me, our daughter and son-in-law & 2 grandchildren.

Thanks for sending the pool lady back out to investigate the bugs in the pool. By the time she arrived my husband had figured out how to get the skimmers working ( when she cleaned the week before she turned them off trying to help us with the heating) and netted them out. The pool lady stated she hasnt seen anything like that in 18 years.

The management staff was very friendly. He was very helpful with the pool instructions. My only thought is that having someone come to the house for check in could be a little inconvenient. I was available that day but normally I might want to sleep in or go to the beach and having to wait for someone to check us in could cause an inconvenience.

Everything was nice. Maybe a bigger toaster but that is a minor thing. I wasnt a fan of the table in the pool, seemed more like a hassle and a possible accident waiting to happen. It would work better if it was in the spa.
Overall the house was wonderful. We had a great time and would stay there again. Another suggestion would be to add recommendations for great restaurants in the area.

Like a mini private resort! This is one of those places you really don't have to leave, if you're up for doing nothing but relaxing. Our family of five, including three young adult children had an awesome time relaxing by the pool, kayaking and fishing in the canals right from the back yard. The full wall of sliding glass doors that open to the lanai and pool, with views of palm trees and the canal lent to the resort feel, while enjoying coffee or cocktails and listening to music in the sunshine. The hot tub / spa was perfect after a night out, though I agree with other reviewers that the instructions for heating them were not clear. That said, Vesteva was extremely responsive to our needs and helped us out. The kitchen and seating was ideal for breakfast or casual post-beach meals and a TV in every room allowed for all to check in with reality whenever they wanted. The check in / check out process was a bit more formal than other airbnb stays we've had, but it didn't hurt at all to have everything buttoned up. There's not a lot to do in Cape Coral, but if you're looking to relax, this is a great spot to do it. And, you're not too far from Fort Myers, Naples and other up and coming areas on the Gulf.

Though Cape Coral is a pretty sleepy town, we were in a convenient spot to visit family in a couple of different locations, and the house was like a little private resort. Steffen was very responsive to a problem with a tree on the property and helpful to us during check in. Knowing everything was / would be taken care of helped us relax that much more. We may be in touch about future investment in the area. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful house with a nice view. We ate most of our meals on the lanai. The house is open and airy, we especially like being able to open the back wall slider doors all the way.
