The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived. I loved the decor of the house and the beds were comfy. Very well stocked kitchen and plenty of plastic for use around the pool. I think the home was better in person then even he pics online.

The house is beautiful and very clean. It had everything you could want. In a great area with stores and restaurants close by. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub! The whole family had a fantastic time and we can't wait to go back. We would definitely recommend this house.

- Bank fees are payable by tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- Cleaning fee of $170.00 will be added to the rent
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
