White Sands is located in an upscale neighborhood on a very wide canal. The house is surrounded by lots of palm trees and tropical landscaping.
There are 3 bedrooms, two of them are equipped with a king size bed, the third one has a queen size bed. Two of the three bedrooms have direct access to the lanai and every bedroom features its own TV.
The master bathroom boasts a walk in shower, bath tub, dual sinks and large windows for natural light.
Apart from the large living room and spacious kitchen there is also an office with desk for the occasional work.
The large electrically heated swimming pool and hot tub with its Western exposure are great for entertaining.
This home is also located on a Gulf access canal and features its own boat lift which is available to tenant. (Approximately 40 minutes to the Coloosahatchee River)

Der grosse elektrisch beheizbare Swimmingpool und der Whirlpool mit Westausrichtung bieten ausreichend Platz fuer die ganze Familie.
Dieses Haus liegt ausserdem an einem Gulf Access Kanal und besitzt ueber einen eigenen Bootslift, der dem Mieter zur Verfuegung steht. (Ca. 40 Minuten zum Coloosahatchee River)

It was beautiful and the pictures looked exactly like the place, we loved it, and it was very comfortable, clean, relaxing place to stay. Everything was perfect.
**The only thing that wasnt perfect was the grill plates were rusty and may need replaced. But we used foil and cleaned up afterwards to get us through this time :)

This property is beautiful and very clean. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and the hot tub heats up fast. The house has everything you will need. The air conditioning was set at the perfect temperature for us. We never had to adjust it. I want to come back to this property again and again.

We really enjoyed our vacation, after renting with Vesteva many times in the past. The White Sands was very clean, spacious and bright. We really enjoyed the lanai area with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The lanai has west exposure with gorgeous sunsets. The location is great - close proximity to Cape Harbour, restaurants, grocery stores and 30-40 min drive to the most amazing beaches. Looking forward to our next stay in this beautiful area.

My husband and I and our 3 yr old daughter just stayed a week at this beautiful home and loved it. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and has a great view of the canal and beautiful sunsets in the evening. The decor is stylish, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and the pool and linai are amazing. It was really nice to drive to Sanibel and Captiva and come back to this beautiful peaceful home in the evenings. We would definitely book this stay again.

We had a great time at White Sands. We spent 10 days mostly at home enjoying the pool, the canals, grilling, and cooking. Kids loved the pool! The house itself is beautiful, with nice high ceilings and modern open spaces. Everything was spotless and you could tell great care was taken to clean every surface (number one priority for us). The kitchen has everything you can think of and appliances are really clean and work well. The lanai and pool area is where we spent most of the day. Pool is well taken care of and the spa gets hot quickly when on. They even have pool toys and floats to play with. We used the dock often to launch kayak and SUP. The area is safe and quiet and our next door neighbors were nice on both sides. The rental company Vesteva was great with us. They answered immediately by phone or text and were always very accommodating. Overall great experience, we will be back

This is an absolutely beautiful home in a wonderful location. We were able to rent a boat and keep it at the house for multiple days. The house is extremely clean and well stocked with all the amenities a home needs. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our family had a wonderful stay at White Sands. Peaceful, well appointed and very comfortable, this was the perfect place to rest and recoup with the kids. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and the house was spacious and kitted with everything you might need.
Very quiet neighborhood, but close to the supermarket and restaurants.
