Vacation home Villa Chiquita is located in a very exclusive and quiet neighborhood in SW Cape Coral.
Very close to shopping, marina's and specialty restaurants.
This 3 bedroom plus den and 2 bathroom house features an open floorplan with cathedral ceilings.
The bedrooms feature one king, one queen and two twin size beds. The den is set up for an office but can easily be turned into a fourth bedroom since it is equipped with a comfortable futon sofa bed.
The house has a very nice set up and feels very open and has great views out to the swimming pool and the sailboat access canal.
The open kitchen has granite countertops, large cabinets and plenty of space for all the kitchen utensils that are standard with the house.
The swimming pool is heated by solar and the patio features a stamped concrete floor which has a very unique design.
