Villa Palmetto Pines is located directly on a 18 hole private golf cours in the heart of Cape Coral.
A few minutes away from dining and shopping the serene and quiet neighborhood are beautiful to watch the nature as well as take walks around the neighborhood.
Villa Palmetto Pines features a split floorplan with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with 2 queen size beds in the master suite and 1 queen size bed in each of the guest bedrooms.
The open floorplan and large ceilings allow for plenty of sunlight to stream into the home.
The living room is equipped with comfortable furnishings and a nice view out to the backyard.
The large pool deck with electrically heated swimming pool faces south and offers plenty of sunlight all day long.

Auf der Richtung Süden ausgerichteten Terrasse kann man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen und auch mal Cocktail trinkend dem Sonnenuntergang anschauen.
Das Schwimmbad ist elektrisch beheizt und kann zu jeder Jahreszeit benutzt werden.
