This nice and comfortable vacation home is located very close to the Cape Coral library as well as surrounding grocery stores and golf courses.
Villa Palmyra has amazing curb appeal which is accented by a brick pavered entryway as well as lush landscaping with palm trees and curbed beds.
Immediately when entering the home one is greeted by high cathedral ceilings and a large living room with 10 ft. sliders and a great view out to the lanai and swimming pool.
The home has a split floorplan with the master bedroom on the right side with attached bathroom, double sink, separate bath tub and shower. The other side of the home features three bedrooms with a separate bathroom and a tub/shower combo.
