This Cape Coral vacation home offers three bedrooms with one king, one queen and two twin size beds plus a pull out couch in the den/office.
Villa Palm Residence offers 2,300 square feet and a very open floorplan. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops. Two of the three bedrooms feature televisions as well as the living room. For hygiene reasons all bedrooms offer dark wood flooring which is allergy friendly. The home sits on an oversize lot in a cul de sac in the desirable Cape Coral Yacht Club area. The swimming pool features pebbletec interior as well as a vanishing edge swimming pool with hot tub combo.
Boat lift and wraparound dock are available for you as well.
